9 Rebuilt Differentials We now have available a complete range of rebuilt differential for XJ Jaguars. These premium rebuilds carry a -month/,000-mile warranty from the date of installation. We stock the more popular units, but any nonstocked differential can be drop-shipped from our rebuilder. In Jaguar parlance, Powr Lok indicates a limited-slip unit. Core charges apply. Note: All units listed as Jurid Flange have a rubber donut where the drive shaft meets the differential. The shaft is attached with three bolts. Not so with the 88 to 7 XJ-. The engine-driven pump s drive gear is pressed onto the pump inside a fragile alloy housing, which is not part of the rebuilt pump sold by Jaguar dealers. Whenever rebuilding the differential or changing the oil, you should add one bottle.
