2 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY TRAILCOM LIMITED WARRANTS that they will replace or repair without charge, any TROJAN brand trailer component, manufactured by themselves, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of twelve months from date of purchase. This Warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which results from alteration, misuse, accident, neglect or improper installation, operation or maintenance. TRAILCOM LIMITED s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component. In no event shall TRAILCOM LIMITED be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damage of any kind incurred by reason of the manufacture, sale, or use of any defective component. Nor will they be responsible for any charges for repairs carried out to be defective components by people other than themselves unless prior authorization has been granted in writing. Products sold by TRAILCOM LIMITED under the TROJAN brand name but that are not manufactured themselves are covered by the warranty given by the manufacturer of such products.

3 AUSTRALIAN DESIGN RULES Trailers that are used on the roads in Australia must comply with the applicable Australian Design Rules (ADR). Some of the more common rules are as follows: NB: This information should be used as a guide only as rules in each state may differ. For more detailed information, contact the relevant Government websites listed below: QLD WA NSW SA VIC BRAKING: Trailers up to 0kg gross mass do not require brakes. Trailers 0 to 000kg gross mass require brakes on at least one axle. Can be operated by override system. Trailers 000kg to 00kg gross mass require brakes on all wheels. Operation to be driver controlled and to include a breakaway system which will automatically apply the trailer brakes should it become detached from the tow vehicle. SUSPENSION: Trailers may have axles grouped and can be non load sharing if, when in tandem, the axles are no more than metres apart or if three axles are fitted, these are no further than. metres apart overall and that each axle and its wheels and tyres are rated at 0% of the aggregate trailer mass (ATM).

These Spigots are for the fitment of Disc Brake Rotors allowing the conversion to brakes. When sold as Hub & Stub Sets, a Stub Axle fitted with a 'Yoke' for mounting Brake Calipers is supplied as standard. These Hubs will interchange with current 00kg Non Braked Hubs. These components will also fit all current Duratorque Suspensions up to and including 00kg. Some 'Drillings' are still available as Hub & Stub Sets. To identify from the earlier version, measure the Grease Cap diameter and identify the 'Outer Bearing' part number. They can be identified by the ' Spigots' located on the rear of the Flange. These Spigots allow the mounting of Disc Brake Rotors, converting the Hubs from Non Braked to Braked. When sold as a Non Braked Hub & Stub Set, the Stub Axles supplied are fitted with a 'Yoke' for the mounting of Brake Calipers. Standard Stubs are also available. These Hubs are not interchangeable with earlier 000kg versions. These components will also fit current 000kg Braked Duratorque Suspensions.
