1 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION LED LIGHT SYSTEM Tools Required: screw / drillingmachine 12mm meta drill bit professional hot air fohn Roll size wire strip plier wire shears glue pliers 2x cutting knife bottle of glas spray an extension spring draw use only our original supplied wires and connectors. When using other brands the warranty will expire.

2 1 TRAFO Garage 220V socket 1) Pl ace the transformer at a 220V outle t in indoor (garage) space, then connect the 24 volt pow er cables black and red ac cording to the instructi ons on page 3. Do not plug in stop in the outlet yet!!!! Then draw these cables through the upper profile to the middle pole of the first 4 screens. These cables can be burried directly in the ground, however, lay in a loop in it every 10 metres related to sag. (see graph pa ge 1). 2) draw the power cable s to the top of the incoming pole by using an exte nsio n spring The incom ing pole is t he middle pole of the first 4 scre ens (see diagram page 1). A maximum of 4 LED modules may be connected on 1 receiver. If there are more than 4 scre ens be placed in series, then install a second receiver. Connect receiver according to instructions on page 5. 3) the power cables of the re ceiver can then be welded (use the special connectors) t o the incom ing power cable (see page 4) and be drawn through the top profiles be to the next recipient. Never mo re than 4 LED m odules (1 LED module per screen) on 1 receiver (see diagram page 4, 6, 7, 8, 9) 4) the LED modules interconnect (see pag. 12.) 5) connect receiver to the 24 volt wiring (see page 13.) 6) connect receiver to the LED mod ules (see page 12.) 7) protect plugs which are not connected by using heat shrinking cover. 8) connect to power supply and activate the wireless (wifi) control (see page 15).

3 2 Make sure that all LED modules will be mounted in the same way in the frame during installation. If t he firs t modul e starts with a "MALE" plug and so ends on "FEMALE", the second module again starts with "MALE". This allows the plugs be interconnected.

Then these wires with a c rimp connector linked to the Wi-Fi rece iver. See instructions page... 5

6 5 A B C D A) the braided wires attach to the crimp connector. Then link the black and red wire from the receiver t o the crimp connector. Make sure the two black crimp covers are integrating on the red and black wire of the receiver. B) push the wires in the heat shrink connector and pinch the connectors thoroughly C) heat the shrink connector well with hot air gun. D) after c ooling slide the black shrink sleeves over the shrinkage joint and heat w ell, so that there is a waterproof connection.

7 6 LED plug In the case of vertic al position: push the uppe r profile (B1) ca. 2 cm up and clamp with glue plier (protection in betwe en). Than using the extension spring and pull the black/red through the middle cavity of the prof ile.

8 7 20 mm After you install the 24 volts cables, clamps can be deleted and push upper (B1) profile down on the support bracker (A8), Then mount short rivets in the already pre-drilled mounting holes.

9 8 LED stekker At horizontal assembly: push the two top bracke ts (A1) ca. 2 cm up and fix with glue pliers (protection in between). Than using the extension spring and pull the black/red cables through the cavit y of the upper profile (A6)

10 9 LED stekker 20 mm After you install the 24 volts cables, clamps can be deleted and push upper (A6) profile down. Then mount short rivets in the already pre-drilled mounting holes.

15 14 Connection rece iver to cabling that is conveyed and drained thro ugh the upper profile Connection rece iver to cabling tha t is co nveyed fro m the earth and drained through the upp er profile (to feed the next series of 4 screens)

16 15 Plugs that are not connected cover with end cap. First hood and then with heat shrink.

16 220 V TRAFO 1 2 3 4 Activate WI-FI connection: 1) only if everything is installed correctly, connect the transformer in the 220V wall socket.

17 V TRAFO Activate WI-FI connection: 1) only if everything is installed correctly, connect the transformer in the 220V wall socket. 2) press the upper key on (the dash) of the desired zone (1, 2, 3, 4). NOTE: pre ss this key wit hin 3 secon ds after connection to the 220V wall socket. Make sure that you are near the re ceiver( s). 3) the LED will now flash 3 x 4) go with your f inger over t he colored disc and i f all colours w ork well, the connection to established.
