INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: pply masking tape to bumper Fig 1 1) Open the vehicle engine hood. 2) pply masking tape to front fender, head lamp and bumper, around the grille, to prevent scratches. 3) Keep turning the wheel to the left or right direction. 4) Disconnect the vehicle battery (negative terminal). pply masking tape to fender and head lamp Page 1 of 6 F2310 5C0K II Rev. 03/01/16

2 INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: Clip ir duct Fig 2 5) Remove 10 clips that attach air duct to the vehicle (Keep to reuse). The clip must be careful because the two kinds. Clip (Cross type) : 4 Clips Clip (Triangle type) : 6 Clips Fig 3 6) Detach the front end of a claw of the fender side seal by pulling upward. For degradation Hand, or clip remover use. View Fig 4 Fender side seal 7) While pulling upward the fender side seal, detach screw that attaches a front bumper side bracket and remove the bracket (Keep to reuse). racket umper side bracket Fig 5 8) Detach 6 screws on under cover (Keep to reuse). 9) Detach 4 screws on fender protector on each side (Keep to reuse). 3 INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: Fender protector Fig 6 10) Detach clip in the wheel house (Keep to reuse) and pull the fender protector to backward. clip Pull backward View Fig 7 (after pulling fender protector out) 11) Detach screw which is behind the front bumper (Keep to reuse). Front bumper 3 C Fig 8 12) Detach the bumper fascia from the claws of vehicle fender and head lamp by pulling in the direction of the arrow 1,2 and View C Fig 9 13) During pull bumper forward, pull off the FOG connector. 4 INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: Fig 10 14) During pull bumper forward, pull off the for dummy connector in RH side. Dummy connector Fig 11 15) Remove the bumper from the vehicle. Fig 12 16) Remove 12 nuts that attach the radiator grille. Nut Claw Fig 13 17) y hand, unhook the grille 8 claws from the bumper and slowly remove the grille by pulling the grille away from bumper. 5 INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: Fig 14 18) lign Radiant Grille Emblem claws to the holes in bumper. 19) Push Radiant Grille Emblem against the bumper until claws are fully inserted and locked. 20) Fix Radiant Grille Emblem with nuts that were removed in 16). Radiant Grille Emblem Fig 15 HRN-EMLEM 21) ttach the supplied HRN-EMLEM to bumper. (ttaching the 8 clips.) Hole do not use. Hole Clip HRN-EMLEM connector Fig 16 22) ttaching the HRN-EMLEM connector attached to MPR to EMLEM connector in Radiant Grille Emblem back side. EMLEM connector Fig 17 23) ttaching the harness connector to HRN-EMLEM connector in RH side. 24) ttaching the FOG connecter in RH/LH both sides. 25) Place facial to vehicle without fixsing MPR. 26) Connect the vehicle battery (negative terminal.) 27) Verify re-installed parts for proper flush fit. 6 INSTLLTION PROCEDURE: Fig 18 28) Reinstall all removed parts in reverse order. Refer to REMOVL ND INSTLLTION (FRONT UMPER) : Check Clearance and Surface Height Difference. 29) Remove any remaining masking tape. 30) Close the vehicle engine hood.
