Check the tightness of the arm X c. Drain and clean the dust inside the filter X d. Check the condition of the various tools (Stars, single sided gun electrode, carbon electrode). X e. Sealing of electrodes X f. Check the mechanical connections X g. Check the cooling liquid level X h. Grease the electrode X i. Replacing the cooling liquid X j. Grease the electrode on the X clamp X k. Replace caps X. When you change the arm a) Apply grease contact Grease all parts which contact between the support C and arm Grease contact ref 000 There should always be grease both on the arm and the support This operation improves the contact between mechanical pieces. b) Check the tightness of the arm Raise the clamping lever Unscrew the front screw as shown right Put the clamp handle about. . Every month c) Drain and clean the dust inside the filter Drain the dehumidifier filter placed at the rear of the unit.

Check the condition of the electrodes / caps. If it is not the case, clean them with sandpaper (fine grain) or replace them.

This operation improves the contact between mechanical parts and make sure that the arm is correctly tightened.. Every month c) Drain and clean the dust inside the filter Drain the dehumidifier filter placed at the rear of the unit. Clean the dust filter at the rear of the unit. d) Check the condition of the various tools (Stars, single sided gun electrode, carbon electrode). Check the condition of the electrodes / caps. If it is not the case, clean them with sandpaper (fine grain) or replace them. Regarding the gun, look at the state of the tools: star, single sided gun electrode, carbon electrode, and eventually clean or replace them. Check the condition of the protection..
