2 3 Assembled 2 Pieces Back and Bracket Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward. 3. Remove 2 screws and hardware. 4. Remove screw on each handle. 5. Remove the assembled 2 pieces back and bracket. 6. Place the new assembled 2 pieces back and bracket between the handles and secure with screws. 7. Replace the hardware and screws. Rock the back and replace the pin. 5 Page 2 of 15

3 3 Handle Kit Without Headrest Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward. 3. Remove 2 screws and hardware. 4. Remove handle, slide, and plastic guide. 5. Replace plastic guide, slide, and handle. 6. Replace hardware and pin. 7. Rock the back and replace handle. 4 PLASTIC GUIDE PUSH HERE ON EACH SIDE TO REMOVE PLASTIC GUIDE Page 3 of 15

4 Handle Kit With Headrest 1. Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward Remove 2 screws and hardware and headrest. 4. Remove handle, slide, and plastic guide. 5. Replace plastic guide, slide, and handle. 6. Replace the headrest and the hardware. 7. Rock the back and replace handle. 4 PLASTIC GUIDE PUSH HERE ON EACH SIDE TO REMOVE PLASTIC GUIDE Page 4 of 15

5 Handle 1 1. Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward. 3. Extract the old handle and insert the new handle. 4. Rock the back and replace the pin. 3 2 Page 5 of 15

6 1 Lower Cover Kit 1. Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward. 3. Extract the handle. 4. Use a flat blade screwdriver between the two (2) covers and remove the lower cover. 5. Extract the upper cover. 6. Insert a new upper cover and clip it with the lower cover Rock the back and replace handle and pin. 2 5 UPPER COVER LOWER COVER Page 6 of 15

7 Upholstered Seat And Screws 1. Remove the eight (8) screws and remove the seat. 2. Replace the seat. Don't forget the eight (8) washers between the seat and the seat's slides. Page 7 of 15

8 Adjustable Arms without Attaching Bar 1. Put the arm in the highest position Remove the plastic cover. 3. Insert flat-blade screwdriver in the arm tube. 4. Remove the plastic arm cap. 5. Remove three (3) screws. 6. Reassemble a new plain arm. 7. Insert the new plain arm in the arm bracket. USE AS LEVER TO MOVE WHILE LIFTING ARM CAP Page 8 of 15

9 1 Adjustable Arm Assembly 1. Remove the eight (8) screws and remove the seat. 2. Remove the three (3) screws Place the new pair of adjustale assembled plain arm and screw the three (3) screws. 4. Replace the seat. Don't forget the eight (8) washers between the seat and the seat's side. Page 9 of 15

10 Plastic Arm Cap 1. Remove screw to remove arm cap. 2. Replace arm's notch in the rib and secure with screw. 1 2 Page 10 of 15

11 1 2 Seat Depth Adjustment 1. Remove the eight (8) screws and remove the seat cushion. 2. Remove the two (2) plastic slides. 3. Remove three (3) screws, plastic bearing and lever from seat cushion. 4. Insert the spring in the metallic lever. 5. Position the metallic lever and spring on the cushion. Replace the plastic bearing and three (3) screws. 6. Reassemble the cushion to frame. Don't forget the eight (8) washers between cushion and seat slide. 3 PLASTIC BEARING Page 11 of 15

12 Tilt Tension Button 1. Hit the tilt tension buton with a rubber mallet to remove. 2. Replace with new button and push it on with mallet. HIT ON THE INTERNAL SIDE Page 12 of 15

13 Lumbar Support Adjustment Handle 1. Hit the lumbar support adjustment handle with a rubber mallet to remove. 2. Replace with new handle and push it on with mallet. Back Lock Handle 1. Hit the back lock handle with a rubber mallet to remove. 2. Replace with new handle and push it on with mallet. HIT ON THE INTERNAL SIDE HIT ON THE INTERNAL SIDE Page 13 of 15

14 Hub Cover 1. Use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the clip and the washer. 2. Remove the assembled base. 3. Extract the hub cover and place a new hub cover. 4. Reassemble the base, the washer, and clip. Base End Cap HIT HERE WITH A HAMMER 1. Remove caster(s). 2. Hit the base end cap with a mallet to remove it from it's socket. 3. Insert the new base end cap. 4. Replace the caster(s). Page 14 of 15

15 Complete Headrest and Screw 4 1. Remove pin. 2. Rock the back forward. 3. Remove the two (2) screws. 4. Remove the headrest. 5. Place the new headrest Replace hardware screws. Insert the headrest's slide as shown Replace the pin. Page 15 of 15
