2 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

3 STEP ONE To recline backrest, pull lever up and apply pressure on backrest until desired position is achieved. Release lever to lock backrest in place. BACKREST RECLINE To successfully adjust your IRON HORSE 5000 to fit your specific body type, the first step is to adjust the backrest tilt to your liking. This is will be crucial for you to fully enjoy the IRON HORSE experience. To return backrest to upright position, pull lever up with no pressure placed on the backrest. Release lever to lock backrest in place. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

4 STEP THREE With no weight on the seat cushion, pull the paddle up to increase the height of your seat cushion in relation to the ground. SEAT HEIGHT A proper seat height stabilizes your ergonomic experience. The ideal height is achieved when the seat cushion rests just below the bend of your knee; supporting your legs and creating a sturdy foundation for the rest of your body. To lower the seat height, pull the paddle up and place pressure on the seat cushion. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

5 STEP EIGHT To increase the backrest height, hold button and lift backrest. BACKREST HEIGHT Backrest height on the IRON HORSE 5000 is fully adjustable. Keep the backrest at a lower setting for tasks that require upper body mobility or extend the height of the backrest for extra shoulder support. To lower the backrest height, hold button and lower backrest. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

6 STEP SEVEN Lift to raise the headrest. Height will lock into desired position. Press button and push headrest down to lower. HEADREST Both the Standard and Deluxe Comfort Headrests allow for height adjustment at different locking levels. The Deluxe Comfort Headrest locks into angled positions to fully support the neck and shoulder areas. Apply pressure to the front portion of the Deluxe Comfort Headrest to raise or lower to fit your liking. Only for chairs equipped with the Deluxe Comfort Headrest. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

7 STEP NINE Push and hold button while applying pressure to raise or lower armrest. ARMREST Armrests support the weight of your arms, removing stress from your shoulders and upper arms. The HD Tilt-Up Armrest allows you to adjust the angle that it rests at, you can even raise it completely out of your way. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
