2 CASING HYDRAULIC TONGS «RUSICH» Suspended hydraulic tongs ÊÌÀ 16/25 «RUSICH» are designed for fast, safe and accurate screwing and unscrewing casing pipes with outer diameters from 4 (102 mm) to 13-3/8 (340 mm). By their main technical parameters the hydraulic tongs are analogous or competitive to tongs Weatherford 16/25, FARR 13-5/8, GKSH-4000Ì and TQ340, produced in China. Our tongs feature a number of engineering solutions and improvements, as well as Automated Centralized Lubricating System and Controlling System. 02

3 DRILLING HYDRAULIC TONGS «ERMAK» Suspended stoppage-equipped hydraulic drilling tongs ÊÌÀ 5500 «ERMAK» are designed for fast, safe and accurate screwing and unscrewing drilling pipes with outer diameters from 2-3/8 (60 mm) to 5-1/2 (140 mm). By their main technical parameters the hydraulic tongs are analogous or competitive to tongs FARR ÊÒ5500, Weatherford KT5500, Eckell 5-1/2. «ERMAK» features a number of engineering solutions and improvements implemented by our Engineering Department based on the experience of tongs operation and application. 03

5 CONTROLLING SYSTEM SYSTEM PURPOSE: monitoring main operating parameters of drilling tongs, displaying measured parameters directly to drill rig, quality control of operations performed by supervising and mechanical services and transferring measured parameters to the Shared Data Processing Center. SYSTEM TASKS: Monitoring correct operation of drilling tongs, logging tongs operating parameters, prompt alarming in case of equipment failure or deviation of monitored parameters data. Provision for reliable control. 10 ROLLERLESS HYDRAULIC TONGS Ê-4700 URAL Base plates instead of rollers for retaining rotor of hydraulic tongs Base plates are made from polymeric materials and constitute a large sliding bearing to replace rollers Base plates are easy to operate and do not require lubricating every shift => tongs are much more reliable and noiseless Base plates keep lubricant inside the tong body, thereby reducing its consumption and increasing service life of gears Installation to the tongs Oil Country, GKSH and others is possible 10

11 AUTOMATED CENTRALIZED LUBRICATING SYSTEM The main cause of hydraulic tongs failures is the lack of regular lubrication Automated Centralized Lubricating System allows to: -reduce the time for tongs maintenance up to 1 minute per shift; -reduce well downtime due to hydraulic tongs failure; -reduce tongs repair and lubrication costs; -increase repair intervals Can be installed on tongs: GRANIT, Oil Country, GKSH and others Distribution units with 8, 14, 18 and 22 lubrication channels 11
