2 About Us Tiger Steel Industries LLC, was established in 1997 in Dubai, UAE, primarily to manufacture ERW Tubes and Pipes for the Steel and Construction industry. The company has a leading presence in all segments of pipes and tubes in GCC Region. In 2008, the company expanded its operations at ICAD II, Industrial City, Abu Dhabi to provide comprehensive tubing solutions for Structural and Fluid Engineering sectors. The combined manufacturing facilities in Dubai & Abu Dhabi comprise of four Tube Forming lines, three Coil Slitting lines and two Cut to Length lines, serving diversified industries like hydrocarbon (Oil & Gas sector), construction, marine, offshore, mechanical and automobile industries. The product range for ERW Black and Galvanized Circular Pipes is from 15mm NB (1/2 inch NPS) to 200mm NB (8 inch NPS) in a thickness band of 1.00mm to 8.0mm, Square Tubes from 16 x 16mm to 150 x 150mm and Rectangular Tubes from 30 x 20mm to 200 x 100mm. The tubes and pipes are mainly used in commercial, construction, scaffolding, fencing, irrigation, interiors, furniture, automotive, scaffolding structures, fluid conveyance systems and light to medium duty structural applications. Quality Management Pipes and Tubes are manufactured using Hot Rolled Coils, produced in conformity with prominent standards under EN, ASTM & ASNZ. Quality assurance is an integral part of all aspects of the manufacturing activities, which include: Sourcing of quality HR Coils from globally reputed mills. High Frequency Induction (HFI) welding through advanced CNC Lines. Quality control and checks for high precision output.
