1 THE 45 AND UP STUDY Baseline Questionnaire Data Book VERSION: DECEMBER 2011
2 Notes: The 45 and Up Study database is subject to ongoing records maintenance, which includes updating for withdrawals from the Study and verifications of previously incomplete information as it becomes available from participants. The tables in this data book pertain to the records for 267,153 people, which comprised the last regular 2011 update of 45 and Up Study records for the Master Linkage Key maintained by the Centre for Health Records Linkage (CHeReL). The information in this data book is intended to be a companion guide for the December 2011 baseline questionnaire data release. Please note that due to ongoing maintenance and data cleaning, the size of the full cohort will vary over time. It is recommended that researchers on approved projects prepare independent tabular summaries using the dataset released to the approved research project. Tables have been prepared for all key fields in the baseline questionnaire. Coding of free-text questions is not included in this data book. Page 2 of 26
