4 UR VALUES PASSENGER LIABILITY PROGRAMME ProTours offers a comprehensive Passenger Liability Insurance Policy to its passengers: Luxury coaches, R100 million per luxury coach as per our fleet list, per occurence. Medical evacuations cover from the scene of an accident or illness to the nearest hospital, within the boundaries of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Buscor (Pty) Limited is a leading passenger bus company operating since 1980 mainly in the Lowveld region of Mpumalanga Province, South Africa with the headoffice situated in the beautiful city of Nelspruit. OUR BUSINESS ProTours is a luxury ground transport operator, that delivers a first-class coach charter service to destinations in and around Southern Africa. Our drivers have the required driving licenses and medical fitness certificates in accordance with legislation. Protours drivers are knowledgeable, friendly and professional and they are focused on transporting our customers safely to their destination.

7 OUR DRIVERS Protours presents their coach drivers with pride - being handpicked and recruited by means of a proven scientific method, they are all professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They are always neatly dressed in either the company s formal or informal uniform. We consistently and continuously acknowledge their achievements, with recognition awards such as the Million Kilometer Award, Long Service Award and the prestigious driver of the year award. MAINTENANCE A pre-trip check-list is completed daily before the coach departs from the depot. Safety inspections are carried out every km on all coaches. This inspection covers all safety as well as passenger comfort and reliability items. Lubrication and major services are carried out every km in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. A bi-annual Certificate of Fitness service is conducted on every vehicle, subscribing to the manufacturer s standards. The vehicle is serviced from bumper to bumper, roof to rubber, subscribing to the manufacturers required standards
