3 3 ELECTRIC, LOW CONSUMPTION TP Omega is equipped with an advanced power-assisted punching unit without any hydraulic oil and with low energy consumption. This allows the machine to reach punching frequencies of 750 rpm and a shearing force of 30 tons.

9 9 SOME OPTIONAL AUTOMATIC CLAMPS PHOTOCELLS PERIMETER The position of clamps is set during programming. In cases where the work falls in the clamps area, they automatically move away avoiding repositioning. This system complies with international safety standards (CEE), it is designed to protect the safety of the operators or anyone that works near the machine. VACUUM SCRAPS SUPPORT TABLES It ensures correct cleaning of the die by the scraps during processing, especially in the production of grills, allowing the continuity of production and the quality of the final product. Support tables in brushes or brushes and balls are suitable for working up to 3mm.
