6 The Liberator Advantage As they say, time is money and that is why we have the new Liberator crankshaft balancer. The revolutionary design encompasses a workstation for all balancing operations. Now rod and piston corrections and bobweight calculations can be done without leaving the machine. The Liberator comes standard with a workstation cabinet offering a 24 x 36 working area. Also included are two storage shelves with lockable doors. The unit includes a wire rack storage system for bobweights and rod adapters. The unit also comes with a color 19 flat screen monitor and custom keyboard tray. All electronic components are mounted on a slide tray in the cabinet. In the event the unit has to be serviced, the tray can be removed in minutes and boxed for shipping. The advantage to this design is that the tray includes all the electronic components ensuring a proper diagnosis and timely repair. The Liberator is the latest in crankshaft balancing technology.

8 Graphic Depth Indicator Provides a computer interface showing required correction in a bar graph format allowing the operator to make precision corrections (P/N Dominator & Liberator only) Digital Depth Indicator A digital measuring instrument which allows the operator to measure the depth of the correction (P/N available on all models) Cyclone Chip Removal System Operating off shop air, it creates a vacuum that draws the chips into a 22 gallon container. 9 Compu-Match Provides a computer interface to the scale automating the weight matching process. The program will walk the operator through the entire rod and piston weight matching process. Information is automatically sent to an electronic bobweight card on the system. The card can be printed or stored for future retrieval. 10 Flywheel Balancing Mandrel Cone style mandrel, stress proof, and factory balanced. Includes: 3 cones and locking nut. (P/N ) \ Test Rotor This is the same test rotor that is used during the factory calibration process. Machined from aluminum. Incudes: (2) 1oz test weights and wooden carrying case (P/N ) Drill Platform and Clamps Expand the capability of your machine by adding a drill platform. Platform mounts in the trough of the balancer. The crank is suspended in a vertical position which allows correction to be done axially. Used for heavy metal installation. (P/N )

11 Roller Bearing Kit Designed to be used in conjunction with heavier parts that create too much friction for the traditional nylatron V-blocks. The roller bearing kit mounts in place of the existing V- block assembly. Installation can be done in a matter of minutes. (P/N ) Driveline Option The driveline option package expands the capabilities of the standard machine to include balancing of single piece automotive and truck driveshafts. This option includes (2) six jaw chucks which can be installed in a matter of minutes. The chucks are designed to work with production yokes (customer supplied).
