WELL YOU SAID YOU WANTED A FAIR TOW BILL ; LETS SEE JUST HOW FAIR OF A MAN YOU REALLY ARE THE BURDEN OF FAIRNESS IS UP TO YOU NOW... SO YOU DECIDE HOW MUCH YOU OWE JB'S TOWING AND SEND IT TO US. When I arrived at the scene, JWs Towing of Huntington, WV, had my vehicle on a Ltqwihg dolly, behlnd and attached to a pear was loaded with the other vehicle involved in the accident. ( They (JB s Towing} seemed to be in big 1xun-y to leave and would not talk to me other thaa to say &thathe Huntington Police Department called them as they were an rotation that specific weekend, The accident happened at approximaeeiy 7:UO EM. on a Sunday evening and was towed from 8 Avenue, East io 1Zth Street, West and VanBuren Avenue, Huntington, WV. (TWehty (20) blocks, approximately two (2) miles) 1 authorbed Maynard s Wrecker Service, Wayne, WV to pay the towing bill at JB s Towing and I would reimburse them. Upon calling J Ws Towiug we were informed that the towibg bpu was $ asked Mapard s Wrecker Service on May 27fh, 2009, at approximately 11:45 A.M. to pick up my vekfda, My vehicle was at JB s Towing Service for less than twenty-four (24) hours. The tow blil was very excessive for no longer than B s had the vehicle, AS for clean up, there was B at the accident scene. AUG/l i/soos/fr I 07: 50 AM FAX No,?, OC3/055 about nineteen (19) hours plus atl administrator fee-they did not even take time to determine that the vehicle was a 1998 Pontiac Sunflre NOT a 1989 Sundre, When Maynard% Wrecker Service of Waym called JB s Towing to ask for the amount of the bill, Maynard s was told that ft was $ When questioned about what seemed to be an excessive amount for the bill, Maynard s Towing was told %hat to pick up the vehicle that was the amount due, I have enclosed a copy of the check that Maynard s Wrecker Service paid to JIB S Tawing to retrieve my vehicle, 1 have also enclosed a copy of the bill from Maynard s Wrecker Service of Wayne, WV for going to Huntington, WV and towing the vehick from JB s Towing in Huntington to the Maynard s vehicle lot ia Wayne, WV, (Approximately twenty (20) miles, one way) I have paid all the towhg biib to Maynard s Wrecker Service. I have found Mayaard s to be very fair ib their service to me and helping me with the situation with JB s Towing, 1 have not been contacted by n s Towing. I do not think they even knew who owned the vehicle. All I ask of El $ Towing is to treat me fairly and present a fair towing bill. I do not believe that I was treated Paul F.
