8 Loaded Containers are inspected by: Inspections Walk Around check condition of container, ensure Seal is intact and record Seal Number on Equipment Interchange Receipt. SAMPLE Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) Empty Containers are inspected by: Walk Around check condition of container. Inside Check physically walk inside to ensure it is empty and clean. Light Check check that container is wind, water and weather proof. 7
