Should you have any question pertaining to this Addendum, please contact me at ADDENDUM MESSAGE The following clarifications become hereby a part of this bid and shall be included in Vendor s bid price: 1. The axle information contained in the bid document for bid items 3 and 3A1 (Grapple truck Petersen DL-3) is incorrect and is corrected herein as follows: A. Truck shall have a three axle chassis with the following ratings: Front axle: 14,000 lbs Rear axle: 40,000 lbs, Tag axle: 20,000 lbs Gross Vehicle Weight: 74,000 lbs B. The bid pages for items 3 and 3A1 have been revised. The revised bid pages (36R-39R) are attached to this addendum and shall be submitted with your bid. 2. Question and response Q (1) Will the City consider a Mack GU for the rearloader? R (1) Yes, provided that the Mack GU meets or exceeds the specifications of the Mack MR.
