1 REQUEST FOR QUOTE Half Ton Trucks CONTRACT NO ADDENDUM NO.2 ISSUE DATE: March 15, GENERAL This addendum forms part of the contract documents and is to be read, interpreted and coordinated with all other parts. The cost of all contained herein is to be included in the contract sum. The following revisions supersede the information contained in the original contract documents issued for the above-named project to the extent referenced and shall become part thereof. 2.0 AMENDED SECTION Item 12.6 is revised to reflect requirement for only One (1) 360 degree amber rotating beacon. Bidders are to use the Revised Appendix B Submission Form included with this Addendum. 1
