5 Station One Skid and Front Door You Will Need: Skid- Molded Poly Gray 1 EA Front & Door Finished-AXXIS 1 EA Screw: Lag 1/4 X 1 1/2 for Std. Unit 6 EA Washer: 1/4 Stainless Flat 6 EA

6 Position skid for attachment to front & door Center the front on the skid by grasping both edges of the front and sliding the front left to right until centered. The front should be pulled down tight against the top of the skid s runners. Fasten the front to the skid with the four lags and ¼ stainless washers in the two pockets on the bottom of the front. Drill out the three rivets for the shipping strap on the bottom of the front with a 13/64 drill bit. Note: Be careful not to drill through the front on the two end rivets. Open the door and install the two remaining lags and washers.

8 Install the lock brackets ( ) on the door jamb using rivets. Note: the bend in the lock bracket is is angled toward the inside of the door frame. Install the lock brackets ( ) on the door using rivets. Note: the bend in the lock bracket is angled toward the inside of the door. Drill for the coat hook with 13/64 bit. Install coat hook ( ) using rivets Upgrade: Install door mirror ( ) by drilling holes with 13/64 bit. Then, rivet ( ) into place.

10 To install rotary latch ( ), place washer under the head of the bolt. Insert through the front of the unit. Slide the latch over the bolt. Then the rivet washer and tighten the lock nut with 3/8 nut driver & 1/8 allen wrench. Stand up the joined front and skid. Put the tank ( ) with the toilet seat ( ) installed, onto the skid.

11 Station Two Cabana Table: Building the Sides You Will Need: Red Finished, Standard Side 3 EA Corner Molding White Punched 2 EA Rivet: ABL66A (corners, urinal, TP cover, vent screens) 16 EA Washer: Aluminum 3/16 16 EA Rivet: ABL610A (for bottom of corners, door latch bracket) 2 EA Washer: Aluminum 3/16 2 EA

12 Put three sides ( ) on the table. Move one to each side leaving one on the table top. Get two pieces of corner mold ( ). Start corner mold along side panel on the side of the table. Note the end of the corner mold with the notch missing goes to the top of the unit. Line up the holes in the center of the side panel and insert the rivet ( ) from the bottom up. Slide the backer washer over the end of the rivet and set each rivet, working down to the bottom of the panel. The bottom rivet ( ) is longer than the rest of the rivets down the corner mold.

14 Installng the Roof ( ): Start on the back panel for the unit. Drill out the center three holes and install the rivets and backer washers. Insert the spacer blocks (1.5 x1.5 x 3 ) on each end of the back panel. Now drill the holes for the two side panels and attach the top to the sides. Once you rivet the sides of the roof to the sides of the unit, go back and finish the rivets on the back panel. Installing the Vent Screens ( ): Start at the bottom of each side, work your way to the center of the back panel. Note: Tab on Vent Screen should point toward the center of the unit. Stand up the finished cabana. Note: vent screens can be installed later during the unit assembly process, but before the vent stack is installed.

16 Pull the cabana assembly over the front and skid assembly. Start the corner mold ( ) by sliding it into place at the top of the unit. End of the corner mold with missing notch goes toward the top of unit. Push the corner mold over the edges of the front and the side panel. Start by attaching the center rivet ( ) then one near the top and the longer rivet ( ) in the bottom. Fill in the rest of the rivets. Place the shim pack under the left back corner, on top of the skid runner. Pull down on the back right corner until the lock brackets (front door) on the front align. In the center of the back panel, install the lags with the white washers. Then start at the front left of the unit and install the lags with white washers toward the back of the unit. Repeat on the right side to finish the base.

18 Drill out the 5 holes in the roof through the front. Install rivets ( ). To install vent stack push up through top and seat into tank. Drill and install rivet ( ). To install TP holder hold in place against inner wall. Drill out the top two holes and install the rivets ( ). Must rivet from the inside to the outside. Drill out the bottom two holes and install the rivets. Note: TP rod and lock pre-installed. The head of the rod goes away from the front.

19 Station Four Urinal and Tank You Will Need: Rivet: ABL612A (tank) 7 EA Washer: Aluminum 3/16 7 EA Urinal: Small 1 EA Rivet: ABL66A (corners, urinal, TP cover, vent screens) 2 EA Washer: Aluminum 3/16 2 EA

20 Begin with the tank. On the tank, drill out holes and install the tank rivets ( ) starting on the right side - if looking at unit as in photo, it would be on your left side. These two rivets are in front of the vent stack opening. To install the urinal ( ) align the urinal on the interior wall. Then, drill the pilot holes Install the rivets ( ) from inside out. Once you ve finished the urinal, continue working your way around the tank. Drill out and install the tank rivets.

22 Sanitizer Dispenser When installing hand sanitizer, first remove the adhesive backing. Stick to wall, making sure that it is firmly in place. Drill from the inside while holding the dispenser. Rivet ( ) from the outside. Get a second person to help you with the riveting. One on the outside and one on the inside of the unit. Vanity Shelf To install the Vanity Shelf, align the shelf (top of the shelf should be at the bottom of the signage area). Drill into the vent stack and install the rivets ( ). From the inside, drill the 8 remaining holes and install the rivets from the outside in. Use rivet and washer
