1 For high temperature wells STEP 1 Clean Stuffing Box F8 & F8H Tools required: ratchet with 9/16 socket, 9/16 wrench, 3/32 Allen wrench, wire brush, cleaner/solvent, rags. 2 For high temperature wells STEP 2 Determine Your Stuffing Box DUAL PACK Big Stuff Dual Pack Big Stuff Dual Pack with Check Valve Dual Pack Stuffing Box Pollution Control Stuffing Box If using Big Stuff Dual Pack, or Big Stuff Dual Pack with check valve, proceed to STEP 3 Break Tabs If using Dual Pack or Pollution Control Stuffing Box, proceed to STEP 6 Install Tub STEP 3 Break Tabs WARNING: Only break tabs if using a Big Stuff Dual Pack, or Big Stuff Dual Pack with check valve stuffing box Break tabs at score line with pliers or wrench

3 For high temperature wells STEP 4 Check Tab Position Stuffing box flange se tabs sit on the flange of the stuffing box WARNING: Only break tabs if using a Big Stuff Dual Pack, or Big Stuff Dual Pack with check valve stuffing box STEP 5 Important: Install Tub Correctly Correct Position (Top View) Refer to Step 7 for additional information on installing the tub Incorrect Position Correct position because broken tabs line up with bolts on stuffing box Incorrect position because tabs do not line up with bolts. Gasket will not seal properly Go to STEP 6 of Installation Instructions

4 For high temperature wells STEP 6 Install Tub (Top view) Tabs sit on flange Fasten quick buckle on Close around stuffing box STEP 7A Install Outside Stabilizing Bolts Quick buckle Bolts for Steps 7 and 8 Begin with this bolt 2x 3 1/4" Step 7A 2x 1¾ Step 7B Insert 3 bolts and washers through aluminum bracket and finger tighten to hold position 5x 2¼ Step 8

5 For high temperature wells STEP 7B Install Inside Stabilizing Bolts (Inside view of ) 2x 1¾ Step 7B A Insert and finger tighten 1¾ bolts and washers on inside of. B n, starting with the outside stabilizing bolt on the quick buckle side of (marked Begin with this bolt on Step 7a), tighten down bolts in step 7A and 7B alternately and evenly with wrench NOTE: Gasket may be sealed, even though aluminum halves are not flush. If gaps exist, each should be equally spaced, for best fit. Do not over tighten. STEP 8 Install 5 Tub Bolts (Side view) 5x 2¼ Step 8 Insert and tighten 2¼ bolts and washers into holes marked with an After tightening, all 5 tub bolts should be tight, with tub halves firmly together

6 For high temperature wells STEP 9 Attach Handles STEP 10 Attach Lid 1 Place lid half on tub. 2 Place 2nd half on tub with overlap Open lid pieces Bottom Top Overlap top and bottom labels correctly (Labels are reversed on opposite side of lid) STEP 11 Turn Lid to Lock STEP 12 Lock Self Centering Lid Locking tabs Bring lid down over base holes. Turn lid clockwise to lock in place. Push lid together around polish rod so tabs lock. (lid shown as gray for illustration)

7 For high temperature wells Removing Lid Pull up on two top tabs and slide lid apart. Turn counterclockwise and lift (lid shown as gray for illustration) Grease zerk and grease gun shown Lid sizes available. Lid fits all size polish rods and liners. STEP 13 has Two Configurations To prevent cross threading, turn counterclockwise first, then clockwise when installing the kill (float) switch and hose barbs. Configuration 1: Drain Valve Configuration 2: Container Drain valve 1 ½ hose and clamps available at supply store 40 Gallon Container Optional kill (float) switch Wires must exit down Hand tight is sufficient to make a leak proof connection in the poly tub. Do not over tighten drain assembly. Hose barb kill (float) switch must be installed by a licensed / certified electrician in accordance with local codes. 8 For high temperature wells STEP 14 Kill (float) Switch Installation - details for certified electrician CAUTION Kill (float) switch is a sensitive instrument. Do not bend or force shaft. Test regularly. Internal red button should be open to run and depressed to kill pump jack. Float position is adjusted with 3/32 Allen wrench Correct float and wiring hole positions Wiring hole must face down Internal red button is open to run pump jack Internal red button is depressed to kill pump jack Oil raises float, prevents oil spill CAUTION Kill (float) switch is a sensitive instrument.
