It yields best washing results for small cars, jeep as well as for vans. This Machine, brush washes with shampoo and rinses the vehicle while moving over the vehicle two times. For WD Models, the machine is washing with shampoo or foam in the first run and when coming back over the vehicle it adds rinsing aid wax and start to dry by following the vehicle profile and fixed 2 side dryer fans. Therefore in drying operations, higher efficiency is provided with low speed of gantry. For the WDR Models, 100 bar high pressure prewash (Robowash)will act before the brush washing starts in order to pre clean the wheels, rims and the undersides of the vehicles from mud and dirt. There is a Counter on the panel, which counts the number of vehicles that have been washed. The metal structure made of first grade steel sheets is hot dip galvanized, phosphate coated and baked after electrostatic powder painted. The operations of the machine are programmed on the inboard PLC computer. Galvanized and electrostatic powder painted sheet steel cladding, Venturi for Chemical Dosing and emergency stop button are standard. The gantry drive motors work with Inverter system, so the start and stop of machine is very soft. This also prolongs the motor and the gear life. With electronically controlled top brushes, sensitive and controlled pressure on the surface of the vehicle is obtained. The machine is washing with emollient and shampoo foam in the first two run cycles and it adds drying aid wax to the rinse water and start to dry by following the vehicle profile. 6 2- DELIVERY TERMS: The goods will begin to be delivered from OUR WAREHOUSE in JEDDAH in maximum 14 weeks from the receival date of the acceptable payment. 3- INSTALLATION PERIOD: The installation of the machine normally will take maximum 2 weeks if all preparations before installation are done according to specifications and drawing to be supplied by us. 4- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIER * Will send the Foundation Plan for the installation. * Will load the machine on to the truck sent by the Customer * Will train the Customer * Will assemble Machine - Additionally air transport from Jeddah to and Back if out side SAUDI ARABIA and board and lodging of three of our personnel technicians will be paid by the Customer 5- RESPONSİBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER: * Will make all civil works for the foundations, the supply of stable energy, clean soft water and air and required pressure near the machines. (Pumps, compressor, Energy supply cable up to the machine, Water filtering and softening equipment are of our scope.) * Will pay the transporter and insurance cost of the machine from Jeddah to your erection site at a cost that will be determined when agreed with us. * Will take care for all crane handling of materials in transport in erection site when necessary at costumers cost.. 6- GUARANTEE TERMS: All equipment to be supplied to Customer are being new equipment and will be guaranteed by Alkone for the malfunctions due to manufacturing and installation faults which are not arised from accidents and misuse of operators for 1 year from the date of installation (not longer than 14 months from date of invoicing). Preventive maintenance is a must for the guarantee. The guarantee will be valid only for Ex- works Jeddah replacement of the defected parts and if our technician is request for the replacement and /or repair works, the round

Electrical parts are not in the scope of the guarantee. The customer should take all precautions for preventing the machine from freezing environment or should drain the water in the water installations of the machine before freezing takes place. The customer should supply clean and treated water, conditioned compressed air and should take all necessary actions to prevent the electrical parts not to face fluctuations of energy.
