The CB 3 unites these three qualities into one gantry car wash which can meet all requirements. 1 High-quality control system 3 Built-in high pressure pump The CB 3 s well-engineered control unit is compatible with Kärcher Fleet fleet management. The powerful high-pressure unit (1300 l/h 70 bar) is mounted on the system. Space-saving, since no additional technical room is necessary. 2 Water saving mode 4 Express wash for higher vehicle throughput The CB 3 needs 20 litres of fresh water per run. Cost reduction for the operator. A high vehicle throughput is possible thanks to the quick wash program. Very low or no waiting times increase customer satisfaction.

Operation panel "Basic" control section It is a very simple version covering the basic needs. Wash programs are selected via pressing single buttons or button combinations. The unit is equipped with an "emergency switch-off", a "start"-button and a "basic-position"-button. We suggest to install it in combination with a wash card reader to support the general automatic wash, for example if a special vehicle needs to be washed. The control panel allows manual interventions e.g. brush movements, during the automated washing process. Free length of cable is 10 m measured from the distribution device installed in the technical room. Washing programs max. 7 Advanced remote control Remote control for gantry car washes, which are recommended where the system is operated by staff. This allows the operator full access to all washing programmes and other functions. Brushes PE brushes The PE brushes are made of single bristles with a diameter of approx. 0.7 mm. It consists of a solid, hot-dipped galvanised C-profiled rail guiding the travelling carriage. The re-quired cables and hoses are fixed to the travelling carriage. The rail is fixed to a lateral wall with hot-dipped galvanised brackets. The festooned cable can only be fixed to a wall and therefore only used in washing halls. Length 9 m. All codes stored in the fault memory can be sent to an address (master) and additionally up to 10 predetermined addresses by SMS (short message service). A predetermined main number has access to the plant's total daily and total wash counters. The system operates with standard SIM (subscriber identity module) cards of all dual band network operators.
