1 Stromme Pump Spray Foam System Product description A compact, versatile, effective and easy to assemble cargo hold cleaning system. This spraying system can be used either with the stainless steel lance and nozzles for cleaning with acid or with the aluminium spray foam lance for alkaline cleaners. The Stromme Pump Spray Foam System is a specifically designed spraying applicator used for applying Stromme products like Aquaclean HD, Stromme Holdcoat FC, Stromme Rust Remover, Stromme Cement Remover and Stromme Deck Cleaner. Stromme PB 25 PPT diaphragm pump is portable and mounted on a trolley to make handling and moving around easy enough for a single person. The Stromme Pump Spray Foam System is delivered in a foldable storing container which makes it convenient for transport and storage. Performance curves With the acid nozzle and the chemical nozzle kit , estimated spraying height can reach 21 meters. Depends on the kind of contaminants to be removed it is normally used in a mixed ratio of 1:2 up to 1:9 with fresh water. Cost-effective heavy duty alkaline cleaner. 6 Stromme Holdcoat FC Product No Stromme Color White FC Product No Stromme Holdcoat FC protects the paint against corrosion and stains from a wide range of cargoes Environmentally friendly and does not contaminate the cargo it is therefore safe for carrying food cargo and it is approved by FDA. Meets Marpol Convention MEPC 63, Annex 5. Upon applying it appears white in color, hence visible to the eye to see where the protective coats are applied, when dried it changes from white to transparent. To make Stromme Holdcoat FC visible in white after drying Stromme Color White FC is to be added prior applying. Stromme Color White FC is an additive color white pigment mixed together in a ratio of 10% with Stromme Holdcoat FC to make Stromme Holdcoat FC visible when dried to the port authority and surveyor to ascertain that the cargo holds are protected. 7 Stromme Rust Remover Product No Stromme Rust Remover is an acid detergent concentrate used for the removal of rust residues from deck paint. The quickest in his class and reacts autonomously, it is a highly effective rust remover with fast performance for deck cleaning plus the surfactants provide good soil removal properties that ensured all other dirt particles are removed in one continuous cleaning process. It is specifically formulated for the cleaning of the ship s deck and the superstructure from all organic residues, it effectively removes deposited stains of typical dirt on ship s deck, accommodation and engine room. It has a demulsifying effect which helps to assure a smooth operation of the bilge water separator. Quick and easy deck cleaning solution. Good dirt carrying capacity. Anti -static properties. The cleaning chemical is strong and effective even in high dilution and therefore very economical to use.
