13 Shipping and Delivery We ship all orders within 48 hours after receiving the receipt and approval of your payment. We offer air mail shipping or Express post shipping. We charge 6,50 EUR shipping costs if sending by air mail and 40,00 EUR if sending by UPS for all EU orders. International orders are shipped only with express post. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to their country. V&KL dental rotor is official distributor of TEHNODENT cartridges for EU market. Technodent is company specialised in production of dental cartridges. Clamping borer mechanism, patented by the company itself, fits completely the build-in dimensions of dental handpieces of world known producers. Returns and Replacements We offer 12 month warranties on all dental cartridges with ball bearings. We do not offer any warranty on dental cartridges without ball bearings. Warranties do not cover misuse or lack of maintenance on the part of the user. In the event of a valid warranty please enclose copy of our invoice, or your document with the dates of purchase of claimed cartridges, to your return shipment. We offer free replacements or repairs upon receipt and inspection of your item. Warranties apply only to parts sold by us during the specified time period covered by the warranty.
