6 LE FOLDING DOOR WITHOUT BOTTOM RAIL: 2+2, 2+1, 2+0, 1+1, 3+0, 3+3, 3+2, 4+0, 4+2, 4+4 UNI EN A1:2011 CE CERTIFIED PRODUCT Folding industrial door consisting of self-supporting monobloc panels of variable dimensions (55mm thick), perimeter frame consisting of dovetail shaped profile made of 20/10 thick galvanised steel (open section for integral injection), double galvanized (Sendzimir treatment) and pre-coated steel sheet cladding (stucco embossed 5/10+5/10 thick) with protective film (to be removed within 15 days after installation), self-extinguishing Class B2 CFC-free polyurethane insulation injected using high pressure foaming cycle with a density of 40 kg/m³. Flat panel, vertical micro-ribbing, pitch 160 mm Exclusive hinges made of black painted galvanised steel, with ball bearings, positioned with concealed wings and fixed at the inner load-bearing frame by means of a contrast plate concealed in the gasket (patented system). The number of hinges varies according to door s dimensions. Fixing system by means of special slotted brackets (on the floor and on the top rail) which allow adjustment on three axes, to be fixed by means of bolts (not included in the supply). Air/water sealing system: - black EDPM anti-crush/anti-ageing gaskets between the door panels; - black EDPM anti-ageing gaskets between door panels and lintel; - black EDPM anti-ageing gaskets between door panels and side walls; - on the floor: easily replaceable black nylon brush, with adjustable support made of black pre-coated aluminium; for an ideal sealing against water seepage, a grille or duct on the inner floor is recommended (not included in the supply); Manual locking system by means of internal black lever handle locks with two locking points (top/bottom), galvanised steel rods with concealed guide latches (exclusive system), rod end and floor striker, both made of stainless steel. As an option, lever handle bolt with cylinder, key and external handle. Bottom locking ensured by black nylon striker to be fixed to the floor by means of bolts (not included in the supply); as an option, possibility of special striker to be recessed in the floor, with telescopic operation, to facilitate transit of vehicles (patented system). Movement system by means of top rail made of galvanised steel 35/10 thick with slots for fixing and adjustment, to be fixed on the wall by means of bolts (not included in the supply); sliding carriages with bearings and adjustable pins diam. 20 mm. 7 Warnings Dark colorations may give place to a temperature difference between inside and outside (on the side exposed to the sun) for more than 40 /45 degrees. This causes a door deformation which in case of a prolonged sun exposure may lead to a steel s breakaway from the insulating material; issue of physical-mechanical dilations and not of production defects. The producer, therefore, does not assume any responsibilities and does not recommend the use of dark colours on doors whose installation involves a prolonged sun exposure. OPTIONAL WICKET SWING DOOR - Without threshold, on 2+1, 2+2, 2+3, 4+2, 4+4 configuration (door height over H>3000 mm.) indoor installation; cut panel door leaf with upper rebated frame made of black aluminium profile, equipped with panic push-bar with two locking points panic bar (top/bottom) with cylinder and external handle. An exclusive system increases the stability to a considerable extent; the overhead striker makes the door solidly connected with the upper and side panels, a special bracket allows optimum abutting against the striker on the floor. NOTE.: the panic bar latch operates on the floor striker of the door, there is no need to apply a specific one. This door can be inserted only on the first panel of a pack with two, or four leaves - Without threshold, on 2+1, 2+2, 2+3, 4+2 configuration (door height over H>3000 mm.) outdoor installation Pedestrian door with black aluminium frame on two sides, without lower cross beam, fitted with panic push-bar with two locking points (top/bottom) with cylinder and external handle. This door can only be achieved for external industrial door opening and it must be placed: on the first panel of a pack with 2 panels - with threshold, height 90 mm. (net free passage max mm. 1000x2100): door frame made of black aluminium profile, can be painted as per request. One-point lock with cylinder and black handles; as an option, recessed triple lock or panic bar. This door can be inserted only on the first panel of a pack with two, or on the single one. WINDOW -Rubber: window frame made of black anti-ageing EPDM; cladding with 8/9 transparent stratified glass with rounded corners (radius 125 mm.). -Aluminium (thermal break): window frame made of black aluminium profile with 90 corners, can be painted as per request, cladding with 8/9 transparent stratified glass. NOTE: for constructional purposes, the distance between the windows must be at least 500 mm. VENTILATION GRILLE Made of silver or black aluminium, with fixed blades, can be painted as per request. The exclusive panel with a plastic frame (extruded Technopolymer EVICOM R450C) makes it possible to cut down heat dispersion (U=W/m². K) for more than 30%.
