4 CNC Press Brake We offer wide range of Press Brakes which are e a s y t o m a i n t a i n, versatile and have low tooling cost. The all steel structure ensures robust press brake body. Our p r e s s b r a k e s a r e designed to operate on l o w p r e s s u r e, a s compared to many of our competitors who design their press brake to operate on high pressure which may result in damage of seals, thereby affecting its accuracy and further may result in leakage. Our design facilitates leak proof and accurate operation even under l o a d h i g h e r t h a n nominal limit. Bending Capacity 0 Ton to 600 Ton. The standard bending length is mm and 3050mm, longer machines (up to 7m) can be manufactured as per customer requirement. Tandem Configuration can also be provided upon request. Two Press Brakes can be installed in Tandem (in line) to bend the longer parts.

Inching and auto cycle feature Cylinders from high quality forged steel are precisely honed. Piston rods are hard chromed for longer life. Rigid structure with interlocking design ensures minimum deflection even under maximum load. Hardened and Ground, Anti Deflection intermediate tooling with taper wedge. (Only available with smaller tonnage machines. Ergonomically designed operator's console housing the CNC controller. Electric Control Panel with isolation transformer. One suitable 5-way Die and punch - Hardened and Ground. Main drive motor. Mobile foot switch station with emergency stop. Optional Features (at extra cost) Crowning Table - Manually or CNC operated Safety Laser Curtain for operator's safety. 6 Hydraulic Press Brake N u m e r i c a l l y Single Axis Auto back gauge 6 The machine has a precision heavy duty back gauge with ball screws & linear motion guideways, designed to give long service life and better accuracy. The gauge s t o p p e r heads are adjustable with quick r e l e a s e m a n u a l clamps, with s i n g l e dovetail location to e n s u r e p r e c i s e repositioning. The vertical movement (R-axis) and cross (Z-axis) of back gauge heads are manually adjustable. Operator's Console Ergonomically mounted operator's console for comfortable operation. The controller is mounted on arm that can be swung towards or away as required. C o n t r o l l e d

7 3 Electrical Control Panel Located on the right side, the main panel is assembled from internationally reputed parts for consistent performance and reliability. It is wired cleanly and properly labelled as per international practices to help easily locate any fault and replace components conveniently. Movable foot-switch helps control up-down motion of the ram from any convenient position. Toolings 6 Flexi-Toolings 6 One set of die-block with multi 'V' grooves and straight upper blade is = Segmented tooling supplied with the machine. Multiple clamps provided to assist clamping of = Straight, segmented top tool. Toolings as per job applications can be suggested and supplied (Optional). Also hardened and ground toolings can be provided upon request. Semi-goose Neck & Goose Neck tooling available. = Flexibility of using single V, 2-V & Hemming Die on the same base block.

8 Hydraulic Press Brake N u m e r i c a l l y C o n t r o l l e d Intermediate Toolings 6 All the Press Brakes have an inherent tendency of deflection under load. To eliminate this, there are different ways to compensate the deflection. One of the most widely used method is to use anti-deflection tooling in upper beam. Our Machines come with hardened and ground anti deflection tooling with tapered wedges that can be set from front side of the machine. Hydraulic Cylinders 6 All our cylinders are manufactured in house using UT seamless tubes. Bore of the cylinder is precisely honed to mirror finish to maintain dimensional accuracy and long seal life. Cylinder rod is ground and hard chrome plated for scratch proof operation. World class seal kit is used for leak proof operation.

9 Foot switch 5 Machine can be operated using a foot switch in both auto as well as manual cycle. Two seperate pedals are provided for up & down operation which gives better safety. Hydraulics 5 Electric motor pumps, valves, hydraulic hoses, pipelines & fittings are used of reputed make for better reliability of the machine.
