Easy to install TSE Brakes exclusive Patent Pending Quick visual verification that you are within your brake stroke spec before D.O.T. inspection If you do not see green, further inspection is required. 2 Follow recommended vehicle practice for working on vehicle brakes by making sure the wheels are chocked and any other recommended safe practice. Dustplug Locking cam must be properly seated inside unit to work. Read instructions. Easy to Install! Pneumatically cage the unit by putting system air to the parking system. This will push the spring pressure plate to the rear of the housing. Remove dustplug (may need screwdriver). With the parking brake released, insert the specially designed locking cam into the back of the unit (use flat head screwdriver) until it locks in place. 4Verify locking cam is fully depressed into the unit. The crimped piece is supposed to sit on top of the diaphragm. To check for cable play, gently pull on the cable and try to push it in and pull it out. If it moves, the cam piece will need to be pressed in with a flat head screwdriver. This is needed to seat the unit properly for correct readings. 5 6 Press in dustplug.
