Service and service systems for commissioning, maintenance and repair % of all breakdowns in hydraulic and lubrication systems are due to excess contamination of the fluids and components used. In practice, this is often not sufficiently recognized. Regular monitoring of the operating and system parameters prevents expensive stoppages. The HYDAC Servicenter monitors, for example, the oil condition, oil level, filter condition, accumulator pressures and valve settings. Shocks and vibrations are recorded using the latest measurement technology, parameters analysed and logged. Using this information as a basis, inspection intervals are adapted to the requirements. In addition to these general maintenance tasks, the special functions the HYDAC Servicenter also carries out are the repeat inspections required by the Pressure Equipment Directive or the integration of pressure accumulators which are already in operation into the new BetrSichV (German law on Industrial Health and Safety). Starting with the setup, installation and connection, through to system flushing, pressure testing and actual commissioning, an experienced team of project managers, electronic engineers, electricians, hydraulic engineers, fitters and welders are available for deployment around the globe. 5 KineSys The intelligent motion control system Variable speed drive (DVA) Variable speed drives (DVA) are the perfect example of symbiosis between hydraulics and electromechanics. The drive motor can be switched on and controlled by the integrated control according to requirements. Power dissipation can be reduced to a minimum and the productivity can be maximised by adapting the KineSys solution to the conditions. In addition to the selection of suitable motor designs, different pump designs offer further degrees of freedom. Product features of the DVA-Kit KineSys motor-pump units are a user-friendly and energy-efficient solution for use in small to medium sized constant pressure systems. The pre-configured systems comprise a standard electric motor with an integral frequency inverter coupled to an external gear pump. To complete the system, a hydraulic manifold block with pump protection and optional accumulator is added. 6 KineSys The variable motion control system Electro-cylinders (HEZ) To achieve simple linear movement, HYDAC Electrocylinders (HEZ) are ideal as they are simple to install and are maintenance-free. In the HEZ, rotary motion of the electric motor is converted to linear motion via a screw drive. By selecting the gear and drive, various actuating forces, travel speeds and duty cycles can be achieved. Just as with the variable speed drive, various drive designs can be selected, from simple to highly accurate positioning.
