Today the company is one of the recognized leaders in the transport machine building industry. The company has a significant material and technical base, workshops production area space is about 120 thousand square meters and land area space is 30 hectares. Production facilities are about 600 equipment units total, the company employs more than 500 specialists.

7 Research department experts are qualified design engineers and industrial designers who, according to modern aesthetics, ergonomics, technical, sanitary and hygienic requirements, as well as in accordance with the technical design specification perform the following tasks: Conceptual project design development; Technical design project development; Design documentation development; Design surveillance implementation during the production stage. Main Specialization: Electric multiple-unit train cabs, locomotive cabs, diesel-powered locomotive and electric locomotive cabs; Modular cabs; Transport interiors. Basic design principles: simplicity and adaptability of the structure; minimal maintenance requirements and high maintainability; equipment ability to be operated on and maintained under winter conditions; interchangeability and compatibility of the main parts, and products in general; ensuring product basic consumer properties; economic feasibility consideration; modern materials application during the production stage; minimal environmental impact; high security level. Special software systems for modeling, rendering and animation of 3D-objects as AutoCAD, Solidworks and other are used during the design stage allowing creating complete composition of the developed project, choosing materials and implementing color scheme solutions.

11 DIESEL-ELECTRIC PASSENGER TRAIN DEL-02 DRIVER S CAB In 2003, for the first time in the CIS, our specialists have designed and manufactured the driver's cab with a control panel for new DEL-02 diesel trains commissioned by PSC Holding company LuganskTeplovoz. Patent: UA dated June 12, 2003 regarding the following industrial sample - "The head module produced of composite materials for rail machines". State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine. 15 ELECTRIC MULTIPLE-UNIT TRAIN ED4M 0500 SERIES DRIVER S CAB In 2011 our company designed, manufactured and installed electric multiple-unit train ED4M 0500 series driver s cab as a project for JSC Demikhovsky Machine-building Plant the largest manufacturer of electric trains in the Russian Federation. The head coach ED4M 500 produced by JSC Demikhovsky Machinebuilding Plant equipped with driver's cab produced by Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. had received positive feedback from exhibitors and the management of JSC" Russian Railways " at the "Expo 1520" exhibition held between September 7, 2011 and September 10, 2011 in Scherbinka.

17 DIESEL-POWERED LOCOMOTIVE TG16M DRIVER S CAB The modular driver s cab for the TG16M diesel-powered locomotive was designed and constructed in 2013 as a project for OJSC 'Sinara - transport machines'. The TG16M diesel-powered locomotive was designed to operate on Sakhalin railway track 1067 mm.

19 DRIVER'S CAB FOR ELECTRIC TRAIN EP2D In 2015 the cooperation with biggest manufacturer of electric trains in Russia was continued. The driver cab of new electric train EP2D was developed, manufactured and mounted to the train by our enterprise. The new electric train equipped with driver's cab made by Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. passes certification tests now on experimental railway of all-russian scientific research Institute of railway transport. Start of EP2D electric trains serial production is planned since May, 2016

20 TRAM LM-68М In 2015 the new tram LM-68M3 was developed for "Oktyabr'sky plant of electric carriages repair" (St. Petersburg, Russia), one of the enterprise which is a part of "Transmachholding" group. Since 2016 the Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. produces and supplies interior and exterior for serial production of trams LM-68M3

27 RESTAURANT CAR INTERIOR In 2012, as a project for PJSC "Kryukovsky Railway Car Building Plant", restaurant car interior new modern design was developed, including the cabin interior, office premises, modular toilet and shower.

36 ROLLING-STOCK SEATS AND BENCHES PRODUCTION 3 RD FIBERGLASS SEATS Fiberglass seats are used for the installation in the multipleunit passenger railcars and diesel powered trains. All materials meet the requirements of safety on the railways. Seats are available in double, triple, quadruple and sixseated versions. Various colors of upholstery materials are used in seats manufacturing as well as the possibility of their combination open up opportunities both during design process and during their installation into an already existing interior.

38 ROLLING-STOCK SEATS AND BENCHES PRODUCTION 1 st and 2 nd class Seats 1 st and 2 nd class seat modules are used for passenger cars of the multiple-unit rolling stock and inter-regional communication trains. The modules are manufactured in double, quadruple and six-seated versions. All materials meet safety requirements on the railways.

40 WINDOWS AND DOORS PRODUCTION

41 Today the company produces more than 40 types of doors. Doors and door wings are designed for the equipment of cars regarding all indexes of ER1, ER2 direct-current electric trains, all denominations of ER9 alternating-current electric trains, series D1 DR1A diesel-powered electric trains, passenger (compartment cars, cars with reserved seats) trains, as well as for replacement during rolling stock cars repair. Moreover, the company produces more than 65 types of aluminum windows. Windows designed and manufactured at Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. Facilities have been successfully used in various climatic conditions.

43 In 2010 Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. had fulfilled initiative development of electrical equipment sets, used for the electricity supply, ventilation / air conditioning and heating system management of the passenger cars with 110V and 50V supply voltage. Electrical equipment design implements modern components and advanced solutions in the field of circuit technology. ST and ST sets installed on types 47K, 47D, TsMVO-66 passenger cars during the process of their modernization and repair, as well during the construction of new cars in the 1-VM, 03-VM equipment diagram and operated under moderate climate conditions (Climatic version U, modification, location category 1). Control cabinet (CC) designed to control passenger car electrical equipment and executed using modern components. Data input, control commands feed and data input regarding the state of electrical devices is performed by means of touch screen and controls. CC is equipped with an in-depth self-diagnosis system.

46 FIBERGLASS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

47 Our company has mastered the production of fiberglass products for second-class and compartment cars interiors, rolling stock exteriors, as well as the production of internal and external cladding panels used for vehicles. Fiberglass is a composite material consisting of glass fibers (filler) and the resin (binder). In order to make the products out of fiberglass with aesthetic appearance (various colors in accordance with the RAL table) and special properties (UV resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance) the product is covered using specific compounds - gelcoats. Fiberglass products are beautiful, durable, lightweight, can be operated in the sun, in water, in hostile environments at temperatures from -40 up to + 60 C for significant time (which can amount to decades). Powerful industrial base and high professional level enables to perform the whole range of works with fiberglass. Fiberglass production consists of cabs workshop, interiors workshop and tooling manufacturing area.

48 SHEET METAL PROCESSING

49 Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. carries out the following types of sheet metal work using TRUMPF high-tech equipment F: metal cutting, stamping; perforation, punching holes of various diameters; sheet metal bending; sheet metal rolling; laser cutting. Metal cutting, stamping, perforation and sheet metal bending are performed on the basis of Customer s technical specification (in the form of electronic or paper drawings or sketches). TRUMPF equipment allows realizing any design solutions. Company sheet metal processing machines allow processing stainless steel, aluminum alloys, as well as carbon steel. Modern technologies used by Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. make it possible to implement any technical solutions and make almost all customer wishes a reality.

50 WOODWORKING PRODUCTION

51 3D-milling is a process of certain predetermined volumetric forms creation from certain material with the help of the milling machine. The use of modern high-precision five-access machine with Numeric Program Control may result in the production of the work piece from virtually any material of an arbitrarily complex shape and configuration in the shortest possible time. Three-dimensional milling is widely used in the manufacturing of tooling (molds, master models, compression molds and stamps, etc.), prototyping, and production of both volumetric and flat advertising objects, as well as in the furniture industry, while shape-cutting, etc. In other words, 3D-milling is a very accurate and fast method for manufacturing of complex volumetric products in the multi-position and continuous mode. We use the machine that allows receiving products with 2500x1800x350 mm dimensions. And our professionals creative approach during models preparation, their optimal breakdown and subsequent assembly allows receiving product of almost any size as a result.

Research and Production Enterprise Rist Ltd. offers cooperation for the complete supply of industrial and household objects with powder stored pressure fire extinguishers of VP-2(3), VP-5(3), VP-6(3), VP-9(3) types, that are the most economical by means of fire suppression having low price, high extinguishing ability in comparison with carbon-dioxide, water, and water and foam fire extinguishers.
