13 R & D New Product Design & Development Our Development team at FP Seating has been at the forefront in developing new variant, Cost effective seat assembly for Indian market. To mention a few are : Comfortable driver seats for tractors.(new design Developed inmar17) 2x3 bus passenger seats with push back system. Developed for Kerala State Road Transport(AIS-023 Approved) FPSS is a system supplier, with capabilities from concept to Line production. FPSS capability of product development with computer aided design, prototyping in-house facilities enables it to be a one-stop-shop for customer s needs. Design and development : Concept design to tool development with series production. Prototyping and testing : Sheet metal press machine, data study equipment, Seat Checking system, 3D modelling with latest software facilities.
