15 What Co-ops Are Saying A lot of hands on experience along with being able to work with a group that was excited about being able to work with me. I like the responsibility I was given to take a project as far as I could before I decided to ask for help with something. I felt like I was given responsibility, which I liked. I interacted with my supervisor daily. Informal performance feedback was a weekly occurrence as I frequently inquired about the status of my progress. Being able to apply what I have learned in school to a real life application is extremely satisfying. The project gave me a feeling I was making an important contribution to the company which I feel isn't as common for interns at other companies. Tractor Days was way too much fun to be had at work thank you for that experience!!
