5 Page: 5/12 Stretch unit 1: Carriage C2 Carriage with mechanical tension by one brake roll Easy reel changing system, The film is tensioned between carriage and pallet. Tension stretch between 0 and 50% depending on film quality. Suitable for medium high pallet weights from 150 to 4000kg. This carriage allows a fast film coil change and very easy brake adjustment, by means of an mechanical blocking system. With normal shaped pallets the carriage has to work with at least upon 100% guaranteed stretch-film, insuring that film will not tear or brake. If the machine will be advised with this carriage C2, our initial advise would be to install the OP1 on this system. Nevertheless also OP2 will function with the simple carriage C2 The advise for OP2 would to install it, with carriage C6 and C7, or in those cases where the client wants to wrap special pallets, in combination with one or more specific parameters and programs. film carriage returns to zero position after every cycle. Tension stretch between 0 and 100% depending on film quality. Suitable for medium high pallet weights from 150 to 2000kg. This carriage allows a fast film coil change and very easy brake adjustment, by means of an tensioning knob on the carriage. Or via the Operating panel 2. With normal shaped pallets the carriage has to work with at least upon 150% guaranteed stretch-film, insuring that film will not tear or brake. 7 Page: 7/12 Stretch unit 3: Carriage C6 Ultra quick film reel changing system, no complicated film inlay by moving the film between more rollers. Just open the door, feed the film and close the door again. Motorised pre stretch by means of one motor, feeding film towards the pallet and controlled by analogue sensor. Pre-stretch is fixed at 250% by means of three gears. With normal shaped pallets the carriage has to work with at least upon 250% guaranteed stretch-film, insuring that film will not tear or brake. If used in combination with the correct film, optimum reliability in combination with economic benefits can be guaranteed. With gears 250% an average pre-stretch of 200% can be guaranteed. 10 Page: 10/12 Warrantee: Warranty over a period of 24 months, excl. batteries using the machine in operation 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. The warranty includes all deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes: a) wearing parts. b) deficiencies resulting from improper stocking, incorrect handling and use as well as from using strapping / stretch film qualities not recommended by FROMM. c) deficiencies resulting from improper repair work made by the customer. d) The batteries have a factory warranty of 6 months. Warranty lapses as soon as the installation is not maintained according to supplied maintenance- and operating instructions. The warranty only concerns the parts to be replaced, exclusive the necessary repair hours. Damage claims as a result of production shutdowns and claims for damage to persons and to property resulting from warranty deficiencies cannot be asserted by the customer. The warranty is FOB FROMM SLOVAKIA SA, Malacky, Slovakia. If it is necessary to go to the customer all expenses for journey, board and lodging are at purchaser s / customers charge. Tariffs and conditions in force for work are not in warranty.
