8 3.1.1 Rules and Guide for Shell Scheme booth Standard booths exhibitors want to decorate their booths must comply with the following regulations, which put forward by exhibition official construction contractor. No work should be carried out in the entrance hall without permission. Paste or hang to hall roof or any other position (except hanging point) are forbidden without permission. No nails, adhesives, drawing pins, similar materials or hole-drilling to any place of the building. Any facility, structure or other item are not allowed to be leaned on. Exhibitors shall bear all the responsibility if occur above mentioned disputes. Exhibitors themselves should prepare auxiliary pin or tape. If need to set up partition walls, exhibitors must set up splints or paper that used for construction under the walls on the ground to protect ground. Exhibitors shall be responsible for the fee of repairing if any ground damage occurs. SNIEC shall be entitled to remove any form of construction or structure which is not approved or violates the above-mentioned guidelines. Exhibitors shall be responsible for risks and expenses that may occur. Exhibitors or other contractors need to install lights and connect power used for booth decoration, should consult to the official contractor. Exhibitors must keep the booth facilities and rental products are good without damage, should be take full responsibility for all incurred 3.2 Raw Space Construction Official Construction Contractor Shanghai Fit Exhibition Service Co., Ltd Block E, 12th Floor, Hong Shen Building, No.16, Lane 710, Dingxi Road, Shanghai Contact: Qiang Shujin E: T: / (1282) F: / Rules and Guide for Raw Space booth construction 1 Exhibitors of raw space booth could build the booth by themselves, or entrust the official contractor specified by the organizer, or entrust other contractor to build the booth. 2 The design of all raw space booth construction must be reasonable, make sure the firmness and safety. Materials used for the booth construction or any other structures must be non-flammable with burning diffusion rate of more than Class 2 as required by both People's Republic of China National and Shanghai local fire-control regulations. All material should be fire-proof or coated with fireproofing. Heat-dissipating structure should be added to light boxes and other heating devices. 3 Channel of at least 1.2 meters (4 ft) wide between any temporary structures and the fire hydrant, equipment room doors and alarm bell must be maintained, and the access channel of at least 1.0 meters wide between any temporary structures and the wall shall be kept. 4 Booths of full closure ceilings in the hall. Booth ceiling could not block the fire facilities of pavilion at the top. Ceilings closed area should be less than 50% of the whole flat area (ceilings of raw space booth is not allowed to be closed ) 5 If outer surface of raw space booth visible on the floor of the channel, must be done decoration process; those booths 5

9 that need to decorate with glass must use safety glass and ensure firm construction & installation, also with obvious mark in order to avoid glass broken and causing casualties. 6 For steel pillar structure booth, the pillar s diameter should be more than 100mms without weld material, the bottom should be firmly welded, the top part should be welded with flange in order to increase the load-bearing of pillar, and to ensure the structure firm.. 7 Width of all booth main load-bearing structure should not be less than 120mm to insure the contact surface between wall and ground. If the span of wall and steel structure large than 6m, a horizontal beam connection at the top should be installed, and support section should be settled between pillars, to insure the strong degree and stability of whole booth. 8 The booth structure can not use the load-bearing elements that the tube wall less than 0.8mm and severe corrosion load-bearing elements can not be used also. 9 No hanging object is allowed in the hall without permission. Each permitted hanging point may bear an object which weighs no more than 200KG; the hanging work should be done by the professional staff of SNIEC. The hanging point cannot be used to fix the structure that connected with the floor 10 Booth design and production should strictly comply with technical parameters of the exhibition venues, each row of booths do not allow more than 32 meters and all channels are at least 3 meters wide. The height of single level raw space booth should not be over 4.5m. The maximum height of construction is 4.5 meters for one-storey booths and 8.0 meters for two-storey booths or above and each storey should not over 4.5m. If the booths are more than one storey, or booth has suspension structure, or outdoor space booths, the booth contractor should report the design drawings to HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai specified by SNIEC to approval. Contact: Mr. Hu, /34/35-802, hah@hahchina.com 11 The floor load-bearing capacity of indoor exhibition space is 3.3tons/m2. If there is any vertically vibrating part in exhibiting operation, the above-mentioned floor load-bearing capacity shall be reduced at least by 50%. It is prohibited to set up a booth or put heavy goods on the two main cable pipelines in the exhibition hall 12 Using ladder that over 2m is forbidden in the hall. If working height is above 2 meters, mobile scaffoldings of complying with national safety standards should be used. The security fence shall be installed at top-level of scaffold/platform and the height must be over 1.2 meters. 13 In the hall, electric saw, planer and other processing tools are not allowed to be used, no fire operations of electric welding and gas welding. If have special requirements, you have to apply to the Security Department Office of SNIEC., it can be used after approved. 14 SNIEC shall be entitled to remove any construction or structure which is not approved or violates above mentioned guidelines. Exhibitors shall be responsible for risks and expenses. 15 Self-building booth construction exhibitors should not block public areas or stack garbage, need to keep booth clean during booth construction, decoration and moving out. 16 Exhibitors need to apply to official contractor for leasing the items that not listed in the rental form. 17 Raw space design, construction, remove and using of water and power must comply with government firefighting laws and regulations, the exhibitors should send the booth number, design plan, vertical drawing, transparent plan, circuit diagram, electric drawing, power consumption and circuit diagram (especially indicate the exact location of the power introduced in), the building company business license copy, contractor contact person ID card copy, water & power application forms,etc send to Shanghai Fit Exhibition Co., Ltd. and pay related fee and safety deposit. After approval, instead the organizer, the contractor will report to Shanghai Fire Department and Police Department to examine and approve. No change after been examined and approved. Contractor could not get into hall to build their booth without approval. Apply for approval after September 10, 2016 will be charged additional 50% fee, 100% more will be charged onsite. 6

10 18 Any disputes caused by booth construction problems should be negotiated and solved between the booth contractor and SNIEC. 3.3 Uniform Provisions 1 Please bring your own socket to stand by power lines, wiring board or transformer facility. All power lines should use double insulated sheathed cable, different voltage lines must be installed separately, and electrical power and lighting power should be separated. 2 Please proper use and keep the free and rental equipments (E.g.: the panels are not allowed to paste or drop nail), any defects, damage or lost must compensate according to the price list. 3 Exhibits, exhibition appliances should have entrance card to move out. Attention on valuables, if lost must be report immediately 4 Please pay attention to good-neighborly and friendly relations among exhibitors, do not occupy public channel and neighboring place to do booth construction or stack items. If indeed, please in consultation with the organizers in advance. 5 Deposit fee of water, power gas, garbage disposal and booth construction documents fee: every raw space booth exhibitor and those who add electricity box, please apply to Shanghai Fit Exhibition Co., Ltd. before September 10, 2016 and finish the payment arrangement of power fee, management fee, trash cleaning fee, etc. According to pavilion regulation, 50% additional fee will be charged if arrange payment after Sep.10, 100% additional urgent fee will be charged if apply onsite and could not ensure booth construction. 6 Construction units should pay the management fee ( CNY30 per m2), water, power and gas fee, garbage disposal deposit (cash) and construction certificate to SHANGHAI FIT EXHIBITION SERVICE CO., LTD According to SNIEC garbage disposal deposit charge standard as follows: below 36sqm CNY5,000, above 36 sqm (including 36sqm) CNY10,000,above 72sqm (including 72sqm) CNY20,000. Deposit will be returned back with deposit receipt after all decoration materials and garbage been cleaned. Construction documents fee are strictly according with the standard price of SNIEC. 7 Electricity for lighting and electrical power can not be used as the same. The electrical boxes must be divided and applied separately. 8 Booth construction could not be carried out for those exhibitors, who fails to submit the necessary drawings and paperwork, does not do the procedure of using electricity power, does not pay booth construction management fee and garbage cleaning fee. Special tips: Hydraulic cars and air compressors owned by exhibitors are prohibited to bring into the Hall! 3.4 Vehicles Regulations 1 When arriving at the Centre, the cargo vehicle must comply the security staff management, enter the designated location for unloading in the arranged order, security staffs are authorized to stop those who fail to follow the guidance from entering. 2 Transport Pass must be obtained at SNIEC s property management office before driving vehicles into the loading areas to load and unload the goods 3 Vehicle Pass is charged at RMB50/vehicle with a RMB300 deposit within 1.5 hours. The refund of the deposit is based on the presentation of the Transport Pass as well as the deposit receipt after the timely completion of the loading. Any loss or damage of the Pass will be fined at RMB 50 per pass 7

11 4 The time limit for loading is 1.5 hours. The overtime charge will be assessed at RMB100 for every half hour (the overtime charge for less than half an hour is also RMB100) 5 The driver should follow the guidance of the security staff and is forbidden to leave the vehicle unattended. Once the loading is finished, the vehicle shall be driven out immediately to avoid unnecessary traffic congestion for which the deposit will be deducted 6 Trucks with the loading capacity of 5 tons and under can directly enter the exhibition hall for unloading only after obtaining consent from SNIEC. Those who intend to drive vehicles into the exhibition halls are required to apply in advance, and prepare for the hall-protection facilities and park at the designated location according to the guidance of the security staff 7 Vehicles are not allowed to enter loading areas in the Show Period except for some special cases which require the further approval of Party A and an additional management fee of RMB 50 per vehicle 8 Working hours for issuing vehicle Pass start from 8:30am to any time scheduled by exhibitors. 12 3.6 Flow Chart for Workers of Contractor and transporter to Obtain Certificates Rejected Rejected Check on the spot if the ID card of the person in charge of the work has passed Confirmation by the person in charge from the contractor Person in charge of the work prepares relevant 15 days prior to the start of exhibition preparation work, the person in charge of the work shall go through real-name authentication at SNIEC Approved Send the user name and password via SMS to the mobile of the person in charge of the work, who can then use the info to log on the on-line appointment system * The original of second-generation ID card. * Photo copies of second-generation ID card (both front and back sides, two copies). * Photo copies of company s business license (stamped with official seal, 2 copies). * Originals of relevant training certificates. * Photo copies of training certificates (2 copies) * Conformation Letter of SMS (stamped with official seal) * Person in charge of the work fills in, transcribe and signs the Real-name Authentication Form, and stamps it with company seal. * Safety Commitment (of Erection Contractor or Transport Contractor) needs to be signed by the person in charge of the work, and be stamped with company seal. * If the person in charge of the work cannot come in person, a Letter of Authorization shall be issued, signed by both parties, and stamped with company seals. Submit on the spot the ID card originals of the workers who need to apply for certificates Apply for certificate On-line on the spot appointment With addition Fill in online the identity information of the workers that need to apply for certificates, and upload headshots; after confirmation, the system produces a application list that bears a series number. Old ID card New ID card Old ID card need stand in a queue by self and take photos Sign on the lists Print out the application list and sign it. Submit to the on-site staff the list along with the ID card s original of the person in charge of the work. Submit other necessary receipts: receipt for deposit, receipt for the hall management fee, etc; Event official supplier need to submit the certificate issued by organizers. ( all above documents need the original copy) 9 Pay the fees Without addition Get Certificates

13 Ⅳ Exhibits Transportation Regulations & Guide 1 According to the procedural requirement of Shanghai Traffic Management Bureau for permitting other towns vehicle enter into Shanghai City, that local trucks must get "pass certificate" before entering Shanghai during the day, but can not drive on Nanjing Road, Huaihai Road, Xizang Road and other business district roads; non-local city trucks may enter into Zhongshan Road(inner ring) or less after 20:00, but also can not drive on Nanjing Road, Huaihai Road, Tibet Road and other business district roads. Non-local cars are not allowed to get into Shanghai during 7:30-9:30 and 16:30-18:30 from Monday to Friday, and forbid to drive on the viaduct. 2 After reaching SNIEC, trucks shall be in accordance with the schedule of SNIEC to approach sequence and designated transport corridors into the unloading position, parking trucks at designated special parking place; trucks deadweight of 5 tons or less could directly unloaded into the hall. 3 The vehicles that allowed enter the hall must not exceed 4 meters in height, and the speed shall not exceed 5km/h. 4 Prohibit to carrying/moving goods in public area, channel, hall entrance and plaza entrance. 5 Shanghai New International Expo Centre will be entitled to punish those vehicles in violation of above mentioned regulation accordingly. 6 Cardboard boxes, crates, boxes, packaging materials and containers of storage and transporting exhibits shall not be stored in the hall. Exhibitors must be pre-arranged to store these items by specified transportation unit. 7 Do not apply container storage procedures and not pay on time, the containers will be treated as waste. 8 Forklift is strictly prohibited to be used at the foyer and hall sequence of Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre. 9 Carry goods down the stairs, only be allowed to use the freight elevator, escalator use is strictly prohibited. 10 When doing booth construction in the hall, any goods and containers are required to be carried with hydraulic cars or carts, and dragging on the ground is strictly prohibited. 16 B Exhibition Management Rules ⅠGeneral rules 1 Exhibitors should comply with state intellectual property rights, regulations and rules. Otherwise, they must accept the consequences by themselves. 2 All booths safety and theft against should be guarded by exhibitors staff during exhibition time 3 All exhibitors must be responsible for their staff s behavior. Exhibitors or their staff are prohibited from entering other exhibitors' booths unless be invited. 4 Without permitted by organizer, any exhibitor is not permitted to distribute any publicity material that not concern about exhibits in exhibition hall. Otherwise, organizer will close the exhibitor s booth at once. 5 All business or publicity activities are only permitted to be held in their exhibiting area. Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute any products catalog, booklets, souvenirs, similar items, etc. outside their exhibiting area such as public area in exhibition hall. 6 Exhibitors are not permitted to make any nuisances to visitors and other exhibitors in exhibition halls 7 Non-exhibitors are strictly forbidden to sell products or make promotional activities in the exhibition halls. If exhibitors find such activities, please inform organizer at once. 8 The volume for broadcasting of audio-visual equipments should be keep below 75 decibel. Exhibits demonstrate should not cause dirt, smell or block the channel. 9 If exhibitors cause damage to booth facilities, conference facilities or property of third parties are liable for their own. 10 Exhibitors must comply with construction time schedule. If there is need to work overtime, please submit overtime application to the organizer before 15:00pm every day, and pay corresponding overtime charge 11 Anyone enter the exhibition center is required to wearing a valid certificate, and must get in through the entrance which appointed by the organization committee. 12 Media reporters invited by exhibitors only after the approval of the organizers could bring video recording equipment into the hall, and can only take their own company's booth video. Other booths are not allowed to shoot. Exhibitors can put a sign of "No Pictures" in booths, or hire security personnel to prohibit taking pictures. 13 Smoking is strictly forbidden in exhibition hall. Exhibitors must actively support organizer to make precaution work for fire protection and public safety. Such as an accident happens, perpetrators must take full responsibility. 14 Sewage water is strictly prohibited to be released directly in the exhibition hall, exhibitors should bring water circulation equipment by themselves, or it will not be provided. 15 Based on capability of exhibition hall facilities, exhibition hall has right to accept or reject the application of water, power and air supply. ⅡBooths Relocation & Utilization 1 The organizer reserves the rights to allocate booths. If it is necessary, organizer reserves the rights to alter booths position, size and exhibiting location based on integrated benefit of exhibition 2 Without permission, exhibitors are not allowed to rent booths to others or transfer, and merge booths. 13

17 3 The organizer is authorized to re-arrange the booths if no explanation received from the exhibitors who have not registered within 24 hours before opening ceremony. Participation fees won t be refund to exhibitor 4 The exhibition could not be held as scheduled in place cause by force majeure, the host and organizer takes no responsibility to the lose. The fee exhibitors already paid to the organizer will not be refunded. 5 Company briefing in the exhibition catalogue will be provided by exhibitors. Host and organizer are not responsible for errors or omissions of company introduction. 6 Host and organizers are not responsible for cargo lost, damage or delay during freight process (including shipping, handling and customs). Exhibitors should insure adequate transportation insurance. Ⅲ Power & water supply application There are strict regulations and rule for all electrical installations. If any exhibitor has affairs as followings, please hand in related water and power application materials (please see Annex 2) three weeks before exhibition time (Deadline is September 10, 2016) to Shanghai Fit Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Any project without approval is not allowed to be operated. 1 Using of electrical/power and water of all raw space booths must apply in advance; 2 Standard booths will be provided with one single-phase source socket of 220v/500-watt. Three phase power supply of 380 volts must apply in advance; 3 Exhibitors must apply for 24 hours power & delay the time of cutting off water & compressed air supply in advance.
