1 Tender :CON/EP/Balli/EW & CC Pav./T-I/2016 Corrigendum-I Bill of Quantity Name of Work :- Construction of CC Pavement, Earthwork/formation, Approach Road, Warehouse, Administrative Building, Boundary Wall, Drainage and other allied buildings including internal and external electrification work and Railway track works in connection with Development of Multi Modal Logistics Park(MMLP) at Balli Station near Goa Schedule-F-I (Non Schedule Electrical items) S. Item Description of Item Unit Quantity HIGH MAST 1 NS-1 Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of heavy duty 30M (Polygonal GI), 3 sections High Mast on existing foundation with lantern carriage suitable for 18 of flood light fittings, gear box, control panel, flexible copper multi core copper cable of 4.0 Sq. mm. size etc. all as per specification including luminaries adjusting arrangement, proper aiming and providing and installing lighting arrestor and 01 double dome aviation obstruction light fittings with LED lamp as required including integral power tool for automatic raising and lowering of lantern carriage. Electrical connections from bottom (control panel) to top shall be made by special trailing cable minimum 02 5 core 4 sq. mm. copper. The system shall have inbuilt facilities for testing the luminaries while in lower position. Set Mast shall be fitted with lighting finial. Erection & commissioning of above equipments will be with the help of modern engineering practice including integral 3 phase/ single phase non - reversible power tool for electrical operation of raising and lowering of lantern carriage with its supporting stand fixing chain and torque limiter etc. including winch gear box for simultaneous and reversible operation of driven winch/integral type arrangement with mast. 2 NS-2 Design casting of open raft type shallow RCC foundation suitable for safe soil bearing capacity of 10 T/ sq.mtr at 2 mtr. 2 3 NS-3 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of flood light similar to cat.no. RVP 301/2x400W(philips)/BGENF 22R Bajaj/Crompton or equlant approved make complete with control gear and SONT/Metal halide lamp etc. including wiring from control gear to lamp with suitable size of PVC insulated cable as required. 4 NS-4 Supply installation testing commissioning of 180 watt LED flood light suitable for 30 meter high mast similar to light cat. LFBXK (crompton)/lfgm-180-c (oreient), XB watt (goldwin LED) complete with control gear box including wiring from control gear box to lamp with suitable size of Each PVC insulated copper cables/wires as required. 5 NS-5 Supplying installing testing commissioning of control panel housing timer contactor, MCB circuit etc. for 18 luminaries as per specification given below fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel out door installation with canopy double door etc. as required. 63 amps TPN MCB as incomer with phase indications 2 nos nos. TP 32 amps contactor l&t make, 2 nos. On/off indication circuits, 2 nos. start/ stop button, 2 nos. auto manual selector switch, 2 nos. control MCB, Auxiliary contactor and photo cell 2 nos with time dealy arrangement. set Control for power tools of high mast 25 amps TP MCB 10 KA 25 amps TP contactor L&T make with NO+ 2 NC auxiliary contactor, over load relay with single phase preventer protection, ON/Off indication circuit2no. And 2 nos. forward/reverse switch 1 no. etc. as required. 6 NS-6 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Wall / Ceiling mounted flood light luminary with control gear completely wired copper ballast condenser, GES lamp holder suitable for 250 W HPSV lamp including the lamps fixing the luminary in the roof. a) 250W (similar to SNF 114/250 of Philips) 7 NS-7 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of luminary with anodised aluminium reflector completely wired copper ballast condenser, GES lamp holder suitable for 150W HPSV lamp including the lamps fixing the luminary in the roof with suitable, HPK 225/Son 150 NB (150W of Philips) with glass cover, Bajaj- BJMBIF 150SV 8 NS-8 Supply testing and commissining of one number 11 KV (un earthed ) XLPE aluminium conductor armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 of following size Signature of Tenderer Page 2 of 5 Signature of Accepting Authority

The height of octagonal pole shall be 8 meter from ground level with 70 mm top dia, 130 mm base dia and base plate with following bracket (1.5m long). Foundation bolts suitable brackets for fixing luminaries and junction box etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 11 NS- 11 Single Arm Bracket 12 NS-12 Providing suitable concrete foundation for G.I / street light poles as per direction of engineer in charge 13 NS-13 Supplying & fixing RJ-45 modular type Computer sockets outlets alongwith modular plate & modular Hot dip galvanised box in recessed/surface steel conduit etc as required. NS-22 Supply of ceiling mounted 2x11 W light fixtures (Philips Cat.
