The contractor is expected to work during night/after office hours and holidays. 2. Power supply to computers, other installations and lighting should not e switched-off without prior permission of the Branch Manager. Alternate temporary arrangements should e made to make them functional. 3. Bank required to retain existing caling, metering panel, Main panel,ldb and UPS input DB (if found suitale). Defective /worn out items of the aove (found defective) needs to e replaced. 4. Light fittings of the Banking hall is required to e replaced y removing the existing light fittings. New LED light fittings shall e installed suiting to new lay out drawing. After completing the installation & commissioning work, the contractor shall prepare check-list (in the prescried mat) of various parameters, carry-out electrical safety audit of the complete electrical installations and sumit electrical safety audit report in the Bank's standard mat and a certificate stating that the work is carried out y conming to all safety standards and tender specifications. ii. This work is required to e carried out in the working ranch, without disturing normal functioning of the ranch preferaly in the afternoon and non anking hours, night and holidays. However the work is required to e completed within the completion period as mentioned in the NIT. Iii. It is decided to retain the Metering cainet, Main Panel, caling up to Ds and light point wiring in the ack offices(if found in good condition). Any defect/anormalities oserved in the aove items should e inmed to the Bank y the contractor in writing and should replace it after otaining Bank's approval. iv. Items/quantities mentioned in the aove Bill Of Quantities are approximate and may vary as per site requirement.
