1 Contractor shall not charge tow or tow-related fees that in any way exceed the current scheduled tow and tow-related fees for public towing that are specified in the current contract between Auto Return (or any other contractor that would follow its place for this service) and the City and County of San Francisco (See Attachment 4 and see California Vehicle Code, Division 11, Chapter 10, Article 1, 22658). Contractor shall not charge the City for any other tow or tow-related activity not included in the bid sheet. Bidders must bid on all line items on the bid sheets.
