2 Drive System System with permanent manet motor, super premium efficiency, driven by a frequency inverter. Perfect for applications where speed variation, low noise level and reduced size are essential. Motor The motor with the reatest efficiency and savins on the market. The rotor with permanent manets uarantees hih performance, makin it possible to draw more power per frame, reducin installation space and noise, in addition to uaranteein efficiency levels reater than hih efficiency motors defined by standards. The motor is driven by a WEG frequency inverter and offers constant torque in a wide speed rane, uaranteein operation at low speeds, with no need of a forced ventilation kit. The motor operates with much lower temperatures in the bearins, extendin the lubrication intervals and increasin the bearins life time. Drive system WEG developed a specific software version for the standard CFW-11 inverter line to drive and control the motors. The Vector sensorless control technoloy allows the inverter to control motor speed from zero to its rated speed. Its also possible to obtain torque with zero speed due to the use of advanced control alorithms. is suitable to operate at variable speeds with additional benefi ts such as weiht, dimension and noise reduction and extended life time. 2
