DYN AM I C AN D U SABLE PU BLI C T RAN SI T I N TAM PA' S DEN SE DOW N T OW N CORE. Downtowner uses predictive routing and demand analytics to deploy smarter transit. By providing door to door rides with our fullyelectric fleets, we bridge gaps in existing transit lines, increase downtown livability and ease parking and traffic congestion. Our app-driven service operates with much higher efficiency and usability than the typical downtown trolley or routed circulator We're bringing usability back to public transit

T H E REVOLU TI ON H AS BEGU N TAMPA, ASPEN, PARK CITY, DEL RAY BEAC H COMING 2018 We re working with cities to replace underutilized downtown routes and optimize their transportation network. Our carpool technology and nimble, demand responsive fleets allow us to handle the fast paced needs of door to door rides and door to transit stop connections with maximum efficiency. We cost 75% less per serv ice hour and 40% less per passenger than typical intown bus routes National Transit database report 2010, T ampa Intowner trolley 2016
W H Y DOW N T OW N ER? Downtowner has been a game-changer for Tampa s downtown. The user experience is great and the app-based, on-demand service has paved the way for a smarter transportation system. Kudos! -Vik Bhide, Tampa's Chief Traffic Engineer I M PROVE EXI STI N G M OBI LI TY We compliment existing fixed route services, and make them more usable by providing the first and last mile of transit. No need to lay dow n tracks, build stations or wait months for expensive trolleys. We can be operational within w eeks for a fraction of the cost. 26% "My main reason for using Downtowner is.." 9% Other CON N ECT TH E COM M UN I T Y Mobility drives local economy, increase downtown livability and keeps visitors coming back. We add value and convenience to the downtown core and nearby neighborhoods. Our data tools allow cities to understand when, where and ho w their community is moving. EASE PARKI N G & T RAFFI C Door to door rides keep local cars in driveways and out of valuable parking spots. Our algorithms are constantly optimizing driver work flow, picking up riders in the smartest w ay possible. Grouping riders heading in the same direction cuts dow n onvehicle traffic and cost per passenger. 20% I'd rathernot drive mycar Parking downtown is difficult It's convenient s amp le Tampa riders 45%
Usage by zone Downtowner's deep-div ing analytics have been pivotal for prov ing the success of the program, as well as prov iding data to a handful of studies looking at downtown mobility and transit.
WE'RE NOT JUST TALKING We're doing! 15,116 monthly ridership 4.9 ou t of 5 ridership satisfaction Averages between Oct. 20th, 2016 and March 19th, % of rides are shared between two different Downtowner riders 14 7 tons of c02 eliminated yearly in Tampa by using our electric vehicles This is the best service for downtown visitors! We absolutely went places (and spent $) that we would not have otherwise. It made the whole city easily accessible for our family. Thanks Tampa!
T AM PA SU CCESS Effective This program is outperforming local HART In-Towner and Streetcar routes, serv ing the same area, in terms of cost per passenger and cost per service hour Sustainable mobility We ve moved over a quarter of a million people with zero emissions, everyone from tourists to commuters, promoting a more carless community Public support This program has been highly used and has been requested to expand by virtually all of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown - a mobility system the public is asking for Extension of public transit First/last mile connection to mass transit (HART and Streetcar), making these systems more usable Instrumental in development Allows areas to reach full development potential by aiding in parking and mobility issues
