2 vision // Vehicle and Infrastructure Safety Improvement in Adverse Conditions and Night Driving - 13 & 14 October 2016 In the light of the growing success of the VISION congresses since 2002, SIA (French Society of Automotive Engineers) will again host this event which will be held on the 13 and 14 of October in La Cité des Sciences de la Villette, Paris will see progress of innovations in frontlighting with LEDs, Adaptive Driving Beams systems, pixels, LCD, MEMS, DLP, laser beams, markers lights, and night vision, in signal lighting with DRLs, intelligent signal lights, OLEDs and in ADAS, automated and connected vehicles, new sensors and detectors. The 2016 congress will be sure to highlight affordable technologies in order to improve worldwide safety in all vehicles. The event will bring together 500 major players in the lighting and ADAS fields to address key topics for vision and road safety. In addition, an exhibition and night drive tests with 30 expected prototype vehicles will take place to demonstrate many recent innovations in lighting and driver assistance systems.
