6 Vedlegg 1 Skisse fra teknisk sjef Kort beskrivelse: Produktet til fabrikken er støpte kumlokk. Etter støping av kumlokk må det bearbeides slik at det passer i kummen. Dette har tidligere vært utført manuelt. Det har en stund vært planer om å automatisere denne prosessen ved hjelp av robot og en CNC-maskin. Teknisk sjef har laget en grov skisse over en slik løsning. De støpte kumlokkene kommer inn på transportbåndet øverst til høyre på skissen. I enden av transportbåndet sitter en visjon-celle (kamera) for posisjonering av roboten. Roboten griper kumlokket og setter dette inn i CNC-maskinen som kjører samme prosedyrer på alle kumlokkene for endelig tilpassing. Når maskineringen er ferdig henter roboten ut det ferdige kumlokket og leverer dette inn på transportbåndet på sin venstre side, for videre transport til lager. Transportbånd: Transportbåndmotorene er tilkoplet fabrikkens TN-S nett via frekvensomformere. Frekvensomformerne med nødvendig utrustning, er plassert i skap for motorstyring/fordelingstavle. Motorstyreskapet/fordelingstavla skal også inneholde nødvendige strømforsyninger, sikringer og fordelingsskinner for resten av det nye anlegget. Det skal benyttes lokale nødstoppbrytere på hvert transportbånd (snorbrytere). Frekvensomformernes driftsdata skal overvåkes og logges i en database i et forsøk på å oppnå større grad av tilstandsbasert vedlikehold knyttet til transportbåndene. Hastigheten på båndene skal kunne justeres og avleses via operatørstasjonen. Førebuing/Forberedelse AUT4030 Side 6 av 7

7 Robot: Robotens styreenhet plasseres i umiddelbar nærhet til selve roboten og henter sin tilførsel fra motorstyreskapet. Som sikkerhetsforanstaltning benyttes det lysgardiner samt lokalt plassert nødstopp. På robotarmen er det tilførsel av trykkluft. Griper Griper er pneumatisk styrt og festes til robotarmen. Griperen med styring skal produseres på stedet/i fabrikken. Styresignal til griperstyringen hentes fra styreenheten til roboten. Visjoncam / Visjon-celle Kameraets funksjon er å detektere kumlokkene og generere posisjoneringsdata til robotarmen samt stopp signal til transportbåndet hvis produksjonshastigheten krever det. Oppheng til kamera skal produseres på stedet/i fabrikken. PLS Overordnet PLS som håndterer drift av anlegget, samt forbinder de ulike enhetenes kommunikasjon med hverandre. Egen sikkerhets-pls for håndtering av all nød- og prosessavstengning. Det legges opp til mest mulig bruk av distribuert I/O (RIO) for å redusere behovet for kabling. PLSene med nødvendig utrustning er plassert i et styreskap/-tavle. Operatørstasjon Touch-skjerm koplet til anlegget via overordnet PLS for betjening, og avlesning av verdier og produsert mengde. Database Tilkoplet overordnet PLS og nyttes til lagring av driftsdata for feilsøking, og optimalisering av drift og vedlikehold på anlegget. Databasen skal også koples mot bedriftens databaserte vedlikeholdssystem samt kontortekniske systemer for administrasjon av produksjon og drift. CNC maskin Dreiebenk med hydraulisk operert 3-bakket chuck for oppspenning av kumlokk før dreieoperasjonen. Chucken blir styrt fra CNC-maskinens styring. Førebuing/Forberedelse AUT4030 Side 7 av 7

39 Installation Mounting to the Panel Mounting the Operation Unit on the Panel Insert the Operation Unit (Pushbutton, etc.) from the front surface of the panel, insert the Lock Ring and the mounting nut from the terminal side, then tighten the nut. Before tightening, check that the rubber washer is present between the Pushbutton Unit and the panel. When using a Legend Plate Frame, put one rubber washer each between the Legend Plate Frame and the panel and between the Operation Unit and the Legend Plate Frame. (One rubber washer will be provided when one Legend Plate Frame is ordered.) Align the Lock Ring with the groove in the casing, then insert the Lock Ring so that its edge is located on the panel side. Tighten the mounting nut at a torque of 0.98 to 1.96 N m. When using a Lock Ring, replace with the supplied Lock Ring, insert the projecting part into the lock slot, and then tighten the mounting nut. Mounting the Switch on the Pushbutton Unit Insert the Pushbutton Unit into the Switch Unit, aligning the arrow mark inscribed on the Case with the lever on the Switch Blocks, then move the lever in the direction indicated by the arrow in the following figure. Ring as shown below. (Since the A22Z-R25 is not attached to the main body, order separately.) Operation Unit Lock Ring Removing the Switch Move the lever in the direction indicated by the arrow in the following figure, then pull the Pushbutton Unit or the Switch Blocks. Since the lever has a hole with an inside diameter of 6.5 mm, the lever can be moved in the specified direction by inserting a screwdriver into the hole and then moving the screwdriver. 40 Assembling the Cap Emergency Stop Switch Insert the protrusion of the Tightening Wrench (A22Z-3905) into the Cap slot and then turn to remove the Cap. Control Box (Enclosure) Mounting the Switch The Standard-size Legend Plate Frame can be mounted. Mount the Frame as shown in the following diagram. Mount the Switch in the same way as for an ordinary panel. Snap-in Legend Plate Installing/Replacing the Lamp Installing/Replacing from the Panel Surface Insert the Lamp Extractor (A22Z-3901) into the lamp, then rotate the Extractor while pressing it. Creating a Cable Port Hole Place the tip of a screwdriver on the surface where the cable port hole is to be created with the cover attached and strike the screwdriver to punch a hole. Attempts to punch a hole on the other side of the case will damage the Box. Installing/Replacing on the Switch Grip the indicator with your fingers, then rotate the indicator while pressing it against the Switch. Securing the Connector Cable 1. Insert the connector into the cable port hole in the Box and secure with the fixing nut inside the box. 2. Open a hole in the thin rubber section of the rubber ring. 3. Pass the tightening cap through the cable, insert the cable into the connector, and tighten the hexagonal nut to secure the cable.
