1 PAVILION INFORMATION AND FEES The Washington Parks and Recreation Department has eleven pavilions and one gazebo that can be reserved for private use. These pavilions may also be reserved in conjunction with a special event/use activities (such as runs, walks, bike rides, contests, fairs, festivals, carnivals, circus, rodeos, concerts, etc.), with the approval of a special event/use permit. Please check with the Parks and Recreation office for conditions and rates for special events and uses. I. MAIN PARK PAVILION Main Park Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in Main Park between the Aquatic Complex/Ronsick Baseball Field (maximum occupancy is 250 people). Normally has picnic tables; however, renter could be allowed to bring in additional seating. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time. II. FAIRGROUNDS PAVILION Fairgrounds Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in the Fairgrounds at Hillermann Park (maximum occupancy is 250 people). Normally has picnic tables; however, renter could be allowed to bring in additional seating. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time.

2 III. RENNICK PAVILION Rennick Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in Rennick Riverfront Park (maximum occupancy is 250 people). Normally has picnic tables; however, renter could be allowed to bring in additional seating. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time. IV. SWINE PAVILION Swine Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in the Fairgrounds at Hillermann Park (maximum occupancy is 350 people). City does not provide picnic tables, however, the Lessee is allowed to bring in tables and chairs. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time.

3 V. FARMERS MARKET Farmers Market Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in the downtown district near Elm and Main (maximum occupancy is 350 people). City does not provide picnic tables, however, the Lessee is allowed to bring in tables and chairs. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time. VI. LIONS LAKE GAZEBO Lions Lake Gazebo- (12 Hour Rental) Located next to Lions Lake located in Hillermann Park (maximum occupancy of 15 people). Electric, lights, barbeque grill nor picnic tables are available at the gazebo. Private per day $25.00 VII. OPTIMIST PAVILON Optimist Pavilion- (12 Hour Rental) Located in Optimist Park (maximum occupancy is 50 people). Normally has 8-10 picnic tables and a barbeque grill. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time. Private per day $ Organization fundraiser per day $225.00

4 VIII. LIONS LAKE PAVILIONS Lions Lake Pavilions- (12 Hour Rental) There are three pavilions available for rent around Lions Lake located in Hillermann Park (maximum occupancy is 50 people). Normally has 8-10 picnic tables and a barbeque grill. There is no electric at the Pavilions. Private per day $25.00 Organization fundraiser per day $25.00 Organization non-fundraiser $25.00 IX. LAKESHORE DRIVE PAVILONS Lakeshore Drive Pavilion- Located near Lions Lake located in Hillermann Park (maximum occupancy is 50 people). Normally has 8-10 picnic tables and a barbeque grill. There is no electric at Pavilion. Private per day Organization fundraiser per day Organization non-fundraiser X. PHOENIX PARK PAVILION Phoenix Park Pavilion- Located in Phoenix Park (maximum occupancy is 24 people). Normally has 3 picnic tables. Electric is available for warming up food etc., however, we ask that you only plug in one item to each outlet as breakers will trip if more than one item is plugged in at a time. Private per day Organization fundraiser per day Organization non-fundraiser

5 XI. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & INSURANCE All deposits will be cashed at the time of payment and the City of Washington will issue a refund check after the activity. Grounds Fee When renting a pavilion, you get use of the just the Pavilion. You may rent the grass area around the pavilion for an additional charge. *Grounds Fee=grass area around the Pavilion. Security Deposit 50% of the rental fee for the facility is due at the time of the rental. Facility Payments Remaining balance of the facility is due three (3) weeks prior to the event. Damage Deposits (excludes Lions Lake Gazebo & pavilions) $150 Damage Deposit for private event or $500 Damage Deposit for open event is due three (3) weeks prior to the event. Key Deposits $100 Key deposit in the form of cash or check is due three (3) weeks prior to the event. If they key deposit is paid less than three (3) weeks prior the event, it needs to be in cash. All Pavilions except for Lions Lake & Lakeshore Drive have electricity and will need a key to access the light box. Keys must be picked up Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Insurance The Certificate of Insurance with the endorsement page is due three (3) weeks prior to the event. RENTAL OF PAVILIONS & GAZEBO ONLY INCLUDES THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PAVILION AND/OR GAZEBO AREA, AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE USE OF OTHER AREAS OF THE PARK SUCH AS OPEN LAWNS, ETC. ALL PAVILIONS ARE RENTED ON AN AS IS BASIS. PLEASE SEE PAVILION RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.
