1 EuroDist System ScienDist TBP, Potstill, Combi Automatic distillation plants according to ASTM standards D 2892 and D 5236 (conforming to last version) from 1 to 80 litres

2 ScienDist stands for a new generation of distillation plants with sizes from 1 to 80 litres. The modular construction gives maximum flexibility, simplifies maintenance and service. ScienDist s flexible framework can be installed in many different ways, so that it fits in any laboratories. For laboratories with less height, the oversized main condenser can be reclined, without loss of performance. The new type of distillation line is flexible and can be teperature-controlled between 5º and 100 C. The new construction of the column allows easy assembling and disassembling in less than 30 min. without moving reflux divider and main condenser. An infrared heated mantle guarantees good temperature control and fast cooling between the stages. There are gas- and coldtraps placed in an insulated stainless steel vessel. They can be cooled by dry ice or optionally by a cryostat right down to 70 C. ScienDist Potstill, 10 l with control cabinet ScienDist TBP, 20 l Direct connection to valve and volume follower reduces the length of distillation line. Line and valve are heated by heating tapes or infrared heaters. The Volume follower system controls distillation speed and separates the system to atmospheric pressure. Flasks are made of stainless steel. A magnetic stirrer provides a constant distillation process. The control cabinet contains a PC-system, ScienDist-Control hardware and all necessary power supplies.

3 ScienDist-Control Software For distillation control and data processing for manual, semiautomatic or fully automatic operation access to all input and output functions ScienDist Control runs under Windows (latest Version) On request also available for Windows NT easy to handle all data are collected in adjustable time intervals data can be transferred to spreadsheet programs distillation can be interrupted at any time. After continuation, data are combined to one data file.
