1 EDUARD: NEWS IN OCTOBER October 4 th, 2004 MIRAGE IIIC ROYAL CLASS The first kit of the ROYAL CLASS edition was released in September. Most ordered kits were also dispatched during September, except a few boxes which will be shipped during the early days of October. At this moment, some less than 200 boxes remain available. Those who intend on aquiring this release, should hurry. KITS IN OCTOBER - NEWLY TOOLED MORANE-SAULNIER Type N 1/48 The Mirage was really a fantastic learning experience for us, and certainly demanded much of our recent focus. However, we have to keep our traditional WW I line alive, so right now we are working on some new WW I projects very intensively. Most of them have already been announced. The first of these new WW I projects to be finished is the Morane-Saulnier N. This new kit was introduced during E-day in mid-september, and I trust this kit well demonstrates our idea with respect to how a WW I kit should look. The basic version is available now Morane Saulnier Type N 1/48 And speaking of E-day, we introduced more new WW I kits during the show : the DH-2, thefokker D.VII and the Bristol Fighter. All these kits are to be released during early 2005, together with the next Fokker, an E.III. All of them are 1/48th scale. We want to be very active with WW I kits next year, and we have some other projects for late 2005 planned: the Fokker D.VIII and Fokker Dr.I. All things considered, 2005 is shaping up to be The Year of the Fokker. LIMITED EDITION In October and November, the first two kits of the LIMITED EDITION series will be released. They are the Hanriot HD.1 with four colorful Italian marking options, and the Bf 108 with an impressive six marking options. Next releases will follow in the form of the Albatros D.III and Nieuport 16, followed by the Pfalz D.IIIa, and a very nice Albatros D.V in JASTA 5 service. All these limited run kits will incorporate colorful marking sets and accessories equipping them to ProfiPACK standards. Actually, these will exceed the ProfiPACK standard...the Bf 108 contains a sheet of color photo-etch and no less than five marking options BF 108 Taifun Limited Edition 1/48

Both these sheets contain four marking options, the Mirage sheet has got two French and two Israeli aircraft, including the only ghost grey Mirage IIICJ with the original engine, which is known to wear this type of camouflage. More sheets are forthcoming in the near future, and in all of the main scales, including 1/32nd scale.
