Warranty: Hosetract hose reels are warranted to the original user against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, for one year after date of purchase. Any part, except hose, shipped prepaid, to an authorized service outlet or the factory, which is determined to be defective in material or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced.
