3 Outstanding product benefits Exceptional utility value The self-closing feature with roll-out prevention ensures that drawers close automatically and precisely and that not only looks good. The double stop secures the extended drawer and simultaneously prevents it dropping out inadvertently. The steel guide rails are designed for loads of up to 2 N. Good running properties The high-grade powder coating combined with special rollers guarantees easy, quiet and uniform movement. The captive guide rail over the full drawer extension ensures excellent on-track precision. Tolerances of +/- 1 mm in the cabinet and drawer are compensated automatically. Efficient assembly Optional quick mounting in cabinet and drawer speeds up assembly and cuts costs. The drawer members are simply slipped onto the predrilled drawers without requiring tools. The cabinet members, which can also be supplied with prefitted sockets if required, are then pressed into the prepared cabinet walls by machine or by hand. The height can be infinitely adjusted by up to 6 mm by a spiral disc. The tilt of the drawer front can likewise be infinitely adjusted by ±1,5 mm via an eccentric disc. The sides are adjusted by ± 3 mm via oblong holes. Once made, the setting is retained even when the drawer front is lifted out. The adjusting screws are easily accessible from the outside. The setting can also be made with the wire basket in place. The front bracket can be unhooked. As a result, the roller runner system can be mounted on the pull-out shelf and the front bracket secured to the front plate independently of one another. The front plate includes spacing for insertion of wire baskets (including baskets with centre wire).
