Drawer front snaps shut automatically and is fixed. Turn screw (A). Due to integrated side adjustment only right side has to be adjusted. Loosen fixing screw, adjust drawer front from concentric cam screw and tighten screw again. Drawer insertion Place onto extended slides. Raise gently at the front and close, when fully closed - automatically lock in. Drawer removal Open drawer, slightly raise approx. 10 cm before end stop. 45 TIOMOS TECHNICAl INFORMATION Full overlay vs overlay With the GRASS TIOMOS hinge offering we see the introduction of a full overlay or 0 mm cranking hinge option. To consider a standard application with a traditional full overlay hinge (now clasified as Overlay or 3 mm cranking) with a 5 mm distance to cup and a 0 mm mounting plate we achieve a 17 mm overlay which is typical of most hinge systems, however with the same set up and the new Full overlay hinge (0 mm cranking) we achieve a 20 mm door overlay. With the new kinematics available to us with GRASS TIOMOS and the new 0 mm Cranking Full Overlay hinges we can achieve an impressive 24 mm door overlay with door thicknesses upto 36 mm while maintaining a standard 35 mm drilling pattern. This opens up a multitude of design applications without complicating your ordering or construction processes. The load and height data refer to 600 mm standard door widths. In case of doubt, the number of hinges should be determined with a trial fitting. Example: For a door measuring 2000 x 600 mm and a weight of 13 kg, we recommend 4 hinges.
