2 Company Profile Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd. has within itself a group of highly trained and dedicated staffs in the design, manufacture, installation and operation of its products. The company is committed to a continuing program of quality and reliable products and services. A comprehensive technical advisory service is available from the company s technical service engineers including design of special customer s requirements, application advice and other information. First established in year 1987 as a private owned limited company to manufacture innovative advanced thermoplastic ABS pipes and fittings for export market. The company s manufacturing operation was located in Pasir Gudang, Johor to facilitate the export activities. In year 1991, Antah Holdings Bhd. bought into the shareholding of the company and became one of the member of a new entry that is commonly referred to as Eurapipe group of companies. In late 1998, the whole manufacturing operation was moved to Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This was part of our expansion program, as the old site was too small with no room for expansion. In mid 2000, Tyco International bought the company from Antah Holding. Euratech (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was then put under the Tyco Flow Control Division to expand the product range related to water. In October 2012, Pentair Ltd had merged with Tyco Flow Control and Euratech (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. had managed under Pentair Flow Control Division. In April 2015, Pentair Ltd had sold Euratech (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to local investor and our company had been given a new name as Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd.

3 We were the 1 st company in the South East Asia region to introduce and manufacture ABS products conformed to local and international standards such as the AS/NZS 3518 and MS1419. In addition, we also produce HDPE (PE100 ) pipes as well. Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd. is also accredited to ISO 9001:2008 Quality System. Our home-ground ABS and HDPE (PE100) range of products are widely used in a variety of industries such as: a. Water Supply b. Water Reticulation c. Chilled Water and Condensate Water d. Biogas/ POME e. Water Treatment Plant (WTP) f. Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) g. Irrigation h. Power Plants i. Industrial Waste System j. Portable Water k. Vacuum Waste System l. 5 Product Standard and Accreditation a. Factory certified to ISO9001:2008 QMS by Lloyd s Register (1 st ABS pipes and Fitting Manufacturer in Malaysia) b. Product approved by IKRAM, SPAN, SIRIM and all other states authorities c. Product approved by SAI-GLOBAL (QAS Australia) d. Product Standard AS/NZS 3518 and MS1419 Part 1, 2 & 3 e. Passed long term hydrostatic pressure test to MS1419 and AS/NZS3518 by PSB, Singapore f. Passed water quality test to BS6920, SS375 and AS4020 g. ABS material tested to ISO9080 Important Highlights a. Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd. produces and tests all its product in-house under one roof. All ABS pipes, fittings, solvent cements and MEK cleaners are batch tested according to the product standard requirement. As such Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd. also ensure all dimensions are accurate and compatibility ensured b. Euratech Industries Sdn. Bhd. is fully equipped with the latest testing equipment to ensure accuracy and under the ISO 9001 requirements. All manufacturing equipment are fully calibrated. c. ISO 9001 requires us to set up a system to monitor correct manufacturing methods and all processes are traceable to carry out the necessary improvement to the end products.
