Marketing Jason Terry GOOGLE REVIEWS Auburn Once again I found myself calling on VIP for my 2002 GMC Sierra, My wife and I purchased the truck new in 2002 and have babied it. All major repairs were made by VIP. I used to go to the VIP store upper Lisbon Street, then the VIP store Lisbon & Park Streets and VIP on Center Street. Matthew McDougall was still working behind the counter and waiting to assist me and make sure my vehicle was safe for my wife and I. Today they completed an oil change, replaced the rotors and pads in the front and back and replaced the steering rack/box. I remember receiving a call and driving to Portland to do a TV commercial for VIP a few years ago. I also remember working with Mr. Auger years back and the service hasn't changed since he sold it. The cost of the repairs was $1, today which is our monthly income, my wife had asked why is the labor when they had the truck for a little less than 3 hours at per hour as we were told that if the job took less than the estimated time we would only be billed for the time it took. However, the truck is safe and the work was completed by VIP Technicians and Mr. McDougall and the VIP Team treated me like family. Thank You once again. Paul R. Bernard PS: I told my wife if they made a mistake on billing us two hours more of labor that the main office would pick it up and make the adjustment and credit the visa card. Bedford Been here for both cars a couple of times now for various things (inspection, 4 snow tires, oil changes). So far so good. All of the desk people have been helpful. In fact, we hit a curb 30 days after getting the snow tires and they put the tire through warranty no questioned asked. And they fixed it with no appointment in under an hour the day before a holiday. So I will happily go here for oil changes and tires.

I recommend VIP to all of my friends which I have one but I do tell everyone at work what a superior job and how helpful you are to my son and myself when it comes to the things we cannot do together. Jackie is one of the most helpful people I have dealt with thus far. She assisted in choosing the right tires, and now I know what to get in the future. Of course my thanks go out to everyone working there :). Thank you. Brunswick I've heard mixed reviews about VIP in the past, but I needed an inspection, and maybe some tires. I spoke with Matthew on the phone, and he was able to squeeze me in on the next day, and was so nice. When I arrived, he was there to greet me, and was just very kind and attentive. I never saw the person who inspected the car, but Matt came out to get specifics on my car, and gushed over my dog in the seat, and asked if he could offer her a cookie. My car passed inspection, we talked about tires, and I met a really nice employee. A really great visit! Topsham I have lived in Topsham for 3 years now and have been using VIP for my car service needs. I have been impressed. My car model has issues with rapid wearing of its tires and they helped me come up with a plan to get more miles out of them and it has worked - more miles and less money! I have been pleased with their professionalism and expertise.
