Employee Referral Program With the snow dance completed (if you missed it you can watch it on our Facebook and Instagram) and the cold weather faithfully returning to drive vehicles into our bays for winter tire changeovers and winter tire sales, we feel our employee shortages more than ever. We re always on the look out for career-minded, customer service oriented automotive professionals and now is the perfect time to talk about the VIP Employee Referral Program. This program is in place to encourage all VIP Tires & Service employees to formally recommend and endorse people within their network whom they believe would be a good fit as a fellow VIP employee and would also be a highly productive contributor to VIP s success. Any questions on the program can be directed to Dave Roden. Please see the table below that defines the amount to be paid to a VIP Employee based on a documented, positive referral and the subsequent hiring and successful employment of the potential candidate. Referred Candidate MUST enter the Referring Employee s First and Last Name in the referral section of their completed VIP Application for Employment in order for the Referring Employee to be eligible for the bonus.
