As the stem is longer than the standard type, the delivery date must be checked. VB Outdoor use This code is applicable to AAV vent valve for drainage. Carbon black coloring shall be applied to the body material. Thermal insulation shall be provided. An aluminum exterior cover shall be provided. VC Pipe length Length of cross-linked polyethylene pipe shall be specified per meter. The minimum factory-cut length is 1 meter. (The length shall be input, e.g. 28M for 28 meters.) As there may be restrictions according to the customers, consult with the Water Supply Product Sales Dept. for details. (WA) Inclusion of anticorrosive polyethylene seat in delivery Obsoleted by W Anticorrosive polyethylene seat is supplied with saddle tap. A standard for Tokyo gvt. Specifications WB Inclusion of copper insert (WX-IM) in delivery / Replacement with copper insert (WX-IM) Copper insert for mortar lining ductile iron pipe is included in delivery or replaced with. Application: For WXD (saddle tap), copper insert is additionally included in delivery. For WXTD (saddle tap for Tokyo gvt. specifications), contact core is replaced with copper insert. Applicable to water supply saddle taps, conforming to the Japan Water Works Association standards. Applicable to ball stop valve WSB-GGA Installation of GN socket and GN socket GN sockets (WJT-GV) are installed on the inlet side and the outlet side respectively. When it is used for low temperature or high temperature application, consult with the Product Design Dept. for details because oil is included and sealed with an O ring in the dashpot. <Use of counterweight and dashpot> They are used to reduce the impact of open/close operation of swing check valve and to prevent water hammer and chattering. ZN Installation of C-shaped snap ring for prevention of stem blowout This code is selected when the special requirement is requested by ZEON Corporation for stainless steel 3-way ball valves used for a cohesive fluid. 9 Others Double packing construction for general-purpose valves and floating ball valves shall be specified with this code. Refer to the table below for KITZ standard specifications according to Gi T KITZ Standard for Double Packing Construction With sealant Air vent hole and plug are provided.
