2 Functional description Flow control valves of the FPR10 series are used for load independent and stepless adjusting of the operating speed of hydraulic consumers. The control of the oil flow is realized by an electro-proportionally adjustable orifice. The special structure of the orifice enables the adjusted oil flow to be extensively independent of the viscosity of the operating fluid. The completely encapsulated coil and the seal between coil and pole tube prevent liquid entry into the solenoid. The valve can be used in 2- or 3-way operation. When used as a 2-way regulator, port B simply has to be blocked. In 3-way operation the higher pressure level can either be at port A (control oil flow) or B (bypass oil flow) the cartridge design enables easy integration into different hydraulic systems. Fluitronics therefore offers standard versions with pipe housing and for flange mounting to hydraulic motors. 7 Electronics Plug amplifier FPC1 The function of the digital plug amplifier, which can be directly integrated on the DIN coil is to drive the proportional solenoid by a potentiometer or a joystick. It is parametrizable via USB interface or directly per button and can be delivered in different versions, with M12 plug or with cable, optionally available with CAN interface for integration into electronic architecture of the machine. Proportional valve controller FPC4 This digital controller is used for activating 4 proportional solenoids with a potentiometer or per joystick. It is easy parametrizable via display, USB interface or on the hyper terminal, which is available on every Windows computer. Wiring with PG connector and strip terminal. The FPC4 can simply be connected to existing electronics via an integrated CAN interface. Mobile controller FMC6 Digital programmable controller for mobile applications. There are 6 PWM outputs and 8 inputs on it. By the robust and cost-saving design, the FMC6, is suitable very well for compact electro-hydraulic systems or for subsystems, which are connected with machine electronics via CAN-Bus.
